5 starsI had a zero percent disability and had not thought anything more about it when I retired from the US Navy in 1993. When I spoke with Trajector Medical in 2024, I told them that, I was encouraged to talk about my infirmities and I filed claims with the VA. The results from the medical evidence from Trajector Medical has gotten me a 90% disability rating. Thanks for the assistance Trajector Medical.Review fromAaron W

Avoid this service at all costs. The services provided are legally questionable. Employees at this company lack customer service and use high-pressure tactics to make you feel as if your VA Claims are unlikely to be successful without their services. Trajector does not allow you access to the data they collect about you. In my case, Trajector did not uphold its duties agreed upon in the signed agreement, yet still demands compensation. They populate VA forms while not authorized by the VA.Trajector Medical

These people are predators. They promise they’ll be with you through it all. But as soon as you get approved for any compensation, they are ready to bill you. Even if you think you need to appeal part of the decision. They will tell you that you are on your own. I strongly suggest you get help from an organization that will do what they do for free. If you feel like you somehow got cheated on your disability rating, Trajectory Medical will make it right. It's a long process, but well worth it in the long run. I had one of my retiree friends recommend them to me. Thank you Trajectory Medical.Trajector Medical

They make it very clear from the beginning what you will pay them if and when you get an increase in your benefits. They make it very clear up front what your payment options are. They prepare your paperwork based on the information you provided and you submit it after you review it. They make it perfectly clear they do not get involved with the VA in any way. You can do the paperwork yourself or go somewhere else. They do not guarantee you will get approval for your claims. I have been very happy with their supportTrajector Medical

The cost of the services to Veterans is excessive and undeserved. The extreme language barrier with their customer service makes it extremely difficult to understand what they are saying, especially when most Veterans have tinnitus/hearing problems. The customer service agents set up a callback with the Veteran. However, they do not call you back. I would not recommend this service to any Veteran.Trajector Medical
