4 starsOverall a good experience but I would prefer an English speaking person to deal with. It is hard to understand the person I am talking to. I also have a difficult time to connect to my MA on the phone as their phone number isn’t always the same!

5 starsMy Experience with Trajector Medical
I used Trajector Medical to help with my VA disability claim, and while they do seem to have the tools and structure to get you the compensation you deserve, there are some important things to know going in.
First, the cost is high—they operate on a 5x multiplier, meaning they’ll charge five times your monthly benefit increase, which can be a shock if you’re not prepared.
Their customer service experience was frustrating at times. Every time I called in, the person I spoke with talked very slowly, in a robotic tone. It felt like they were trying to be overly clear, but it ended up dragging the calls out unnecessarily. I often left those calls more annoyed than helped.
There was also a form they asked me to fill out to keep track of claim details. In my opinion, it should’ve been emailed upfront, before any conversation took place. Instead, it was introduced later, and by then, you’ve already had conversations with people whose names and details you don’t remember—but are expected to recall. If they’re not going to send the form immediately, they should at least prefill the parts they already know, like who you spoke with and when.
That said, if you’re willing to deal with the long calls and high fees, I do believe Trajector Medical can help you move your claim forward effectively. I’d recommend them with caution—just make sure you fully understand the financial commitment and be patient with their process.Trajector Medical

5 starsFantastic! I served years ago, living with a lot of stuff that I really have a good feeling it was a result of my time in military service. I would do it ALL again, I love this country and all of our US citizens. Fast forward to me being 66 years old. I really didn’t know where to start. I met some veterans in the last couple of years who recommended Trajector because it’s a service to veterans. Yes, like any service they do get reimbursed for their services by the first few payments I received from the VA. Again, this is a guidance service only who from my experience is as honest and dedicated to us veterans as it gets. Please, trust me, I wish I knew about this 40 years ago. We are Vets, we risked our lives, we went though harsh training and experiences, and we absolutely deserve some relief. Those who judge us, are either non- informed, or people who never gave anything for this great nation, and just plain ignorant. PeaceTrajector Medical

5 starsI've been working with Trajector Medical since April 2025. Trajector Medical assisted with me filing my VA claim. Trajector Medical identified claims that I didn't know I was eligible for. Trajector Medical found 12 claims I was eligible for . Trajector Medical also assisted with my personal statements and Nexis letters. I filed VA disability claim on my own about 10 years ago, and I was disapproved on all of my claims. I received ratings for 2 of my claims, and I have 8 pending. I've been satisfied with the job that Trajector Medical has done for me.Trajector Medical
