    *y r****ates and I signed a lease *n **** *** **** with the ********* Apart*ents in Pensac*la which was als* signed by the apart*ent c**plex. The lease was signed electr*nically, and the first page (which was signed by b*th us and the apart*ent c**plex) states that the a**unt due f*r rent each **nth was $****. This was als* supp*sedly a “disc*unted rate” f*r renewing *ur lease, when *ur friends wh* **ved in next d**r t* us in the sa*e building g*t the exact sa*e rate and they did n*t live in the ********* the year pri*r. Up*n further *bservati*n, we n*ticed that *ur lease was ** pages l*ng, and definitely did n*t re*e*ber signing ** pages w*rth *f paperw*rk. A duplicate lease was attached t* the back *f *ur lease with *ur electr*nic “signatures”, the *nly difference in the ***** pages being that it said *ur rent was ***** per **nth. B*th were signed and dated *n the sa*e date. We reached *ut ab*ut the c*ncern i**ediately in pers*n, and were t*ld that their regi*nal *****er w*uld l**k at it “next week” and we sh*uld have been being charged the rate *f ****. I have a saved c*py *f the lease d*cu*ent with their signatures *n it. Basically, we are being held t* tw* leases and being charged the **re expensive *ne. **nths went by and I repeatedly went int* the *ffice asking why *ur rate had n*t changed. They said “s**eti*es it takes up t* ** days f*r the new rate t* sh*w up” and that we sh*uld be credited all the extra **ney we had paid *ver the past **nths. *y r****ates’ parent c*ntacted the *ffice ab*ut 6 **nths after being charged extra, with the exact sa*e resp*nse as I g*t in july that “their regi*nal *****er w*uld be in *ffice next week t* fix it.” We are g*ing *n * **nths *f n* s*luti*n t* this issue, and have paid $*** extra d*llars t* the business at this p*int. *n t*p *f that, rent is increasing by al**st $*** next year.     Where do we begin, there excuse is always Covid and labor shortage but a neighborhood right behind ****** is almost 50% done within 6 months. ****** has been up for about 2-3 years. And theres still no amenities or half cheap amenities. Our HOA fees are suppose to cover lawn, half of the neighborhood lawn looks like trash. ****** is the worst, when you tell her to fix something, she thinks she does no wrong. Every house is done by different contractors, so the quality of the house is different. Theyll loose your money for deposits on the house, theyre cheap, unreliable and liars. Worst construction company in *********** **.
