1 starDo not buy tickets!! I purchased tickets for Rod Stewart at Mohegan Sun for 8/13 show. When the venue scanned the e tickets barcode that was sent to me, they were invalid. Could not get in. I called and was on hold for an hour. Selected to get a call back and still never heard from them. I emailed and no response. I have told as many people I know and shared online to not buy tickets from this place!

An invalid ticket claim investigation was processed and closed in the customers favor. Normally, this would result in a refund. However, the customer claimed a chargeback with their credit card. No They are not valid. I called the Casino directly where the function is being held.I'm not sure why or how you can tell me they are valid when you don't have the information? They aren't even giving me the full refund. I can't believe the BBB would side with a company being so fraudulent.Event Tickets Center, Inc.

1 starThis Site needs to be taken down, they're a total scam
ordered tickets on 7/17/22 for the amount of $728.15 :: event canceled :: filed a claim to get refund via PayPal :: only awarded $270.00 :: Tried three numbers listed by the merchant, never could talk to a live person, was kept on hold for 30 mins on each phone call before merchant number hung up. they still owe me $458.15 with no recourse to get my money.

This is an odd issue. The event cancelled and the refund was in process but the customer filed a chargeback claim with Paypal so the refund was halted while the Paypal claim was processed. It appears the Paypal claim was only filed for $270. Once we were notified of this the customer was credited the remaining balance on 8/16.Review fromLeah H

We are a resale ticket marketplace where sellers list their tickets. We do not set prices nor monitor pricing or availability from others sources. They website make it very clear on every page that "As a resale marketplace, prices may be above face value." We do not represent ourselves as anything else. There is no scam. 1 starI purchased tickets July 10th for Lany. Today is August 10th and I still have not received the tickets for the concert sept 17th!! I have called customer support but I believe nobody will ever pick up, I've called 3 different times and waited over 30 minutes for someone to pickup and nobody ever did. Every time I email customer support they take 5 days literally to get back and keep saying to click the link in the original email to retrieve tickets and each time it takes me to Ticketmaster and says "oops something went wrong"!!! Total scam. I would never recommend them to anyone.Event Tickets Center, Inc.

1 starBought 8 tickets to a concert in Albuquerque, very confusing terminology, cumbersome tranfer process. Not including insurance, cost was $765, when I got to the venue found out all I had was access to Fastlane, not actually tickets to the concert. Every single employee at the venue as soon as I revealed I got the tickets through Events Ticket Center, they all said, yep, you've been scammed. Fastlane access just gets you through the lines a bit quicker, an upsell that the venue and legit sites only charge $15 for.Event Tickets Center, Inc.

1 starBought tickets for a concert. Email said etickets would be available August 6. Called and said would now be available two hours before the concert on August 8. Get to town, check into the hotel and receive an email that tickets are no longer available and money is being refunded. What is the purpose of purchasing tickets that are not going to be available?!? How would you know? I do not understand how this company can operate like this.Event Tickets Center, Inc.

1 starI purchased two tickets on 7/25/2022 for a MLB game from Event Tickets Center. The purchase price and services fees were $340. I was told by the site that my tickets would be accessible through a transfer email, that I would receive on 8/6/2022. The game was on 8/7/2022.
When I did not receive my tickets on 8/6/2022, I called ETC. Their representative told me that they guarantee the tickets and to WAIT. On 8/7/2022 I called back. I still had no tickets and my game started in a few hours. I was very nervous now. They told me that sometimes the tickets don't come until the last minute. I told them that was UNACCEPTABLE. I am not going to a venue without verified tickets just to wait and not get in. I asked for a REFUND. They said they were not giving me a refund and I had to wait another hour and a half and call back if I still did not get my ticket email. I called ETC three times in two days. Each time waiting to get through the chat bot and review my order, then they had to get help from someone on their support team. There was still NO EMAIL sent with a little over an hour until the game started. I was really getting upset. The woman I was speaking to finally offered me other tickets in the same area, stating that the original seller did not provide my tickets by the deadline. I did not accept HER OFFER at this point because too much time had elapsed and I had no faith that ETC would ever send me valid tickets. I am told MY REFUND is being processed. I then went on StubHub, got better seats for less money and the tickets came immediately to my phone. It was an agonizing couple of days and a lot of stress because Event Tickets Center has a deeply FLAWED business plan/practices. ETC should never allow sellers to make people wait until the last minute as there are MANY other complaints just like mine. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME ON EVENT TICKETS CENTER.Event Tickets Center, Inc.
