    I placed a order for two tickets to see BTO and Blue Oyster Cult on 17 Set. 2025 at the Washington State Fair. Two days later, I got a email for me to download my two tickets. When I did, the tickets were not mine and had a different name "*** ******" on them. It seems that the explanation that was given to me is that this person purchased 8 tickets but decided to sell them back. When I asked Event Ticket Center to reprint my two tickets with y name on them, they refused. Stating that there would be no issues upon entry to the Fair in Washington. Well, last year when we attended a concert, we had to provide identification with our tickets upon entry. Event Ticket Center has failed to response to two phone calls and failed to respond to two emails in regard to this issue with these tickets.

    I want Event Tickets to take the time and use my order number and provide two tickets with my name on them to avoid any issues upon entrance to the concert.

    If the tickets have been sold by the original person, then whomever buys the tickets should have their names on them. The lack of customer service to understand the issue and resolve it should not be that hard.

    I do not want them to call me and try to blow smoke up my rear saying there will no issues when in fact I witnessed the checking of tickets along with IDs to gain a concert here last year.

    The request I have is simple, print out two new tickets with my order number (********) and name on the two tickets.

    I would like this to be resolved with in 2 business days before I decide to submit a fraud case against them.

    There is nothing on the fairgrounds website that states third party tickets aren't allowed. All the site says is that they cannot provide technical assistance on tickets purchased through third party sites. In addition, other resale tickets are on AXS/Seatgeek. Unfortunately, we will stick by our All Sales are Final policy here.

    I bought a parking pass for a ***** concert in ************** ********* ********* . Being a very busy concert I had to buy parking so I did . I explained to the ***resentative what I needed that I needed the closes parking available and all of this is recorded by them . The *** stated that that it was right on top of the stadium that I would walk five minutes and be entered in the stadium . I looked at the parking areas and I saw parking right on the stadium . I assumed that was what he was talking about . But I wouldnt know till I received tickets to park . I got the tickets two weeks before concert . And my parking spot was a 0.5 a mile away . This was not what he said he was getting for me . So I was manipulated and lied to just to sale me parking . And I want my money fully refunded . I was at lot E and they charged me ****** to park a 1/2 a mile away. Which was dead wrong . Im requesting full refund .

    6/6/25 I attempted to purchase tickets for a **** *******/***** ****** concert at Cheyenne ******** Days on 7/25/25. I was somehow redirected to a secondary site, Event Ticket **************************. Once I confirmed and paid for the purchase I noticed a $77 service fee and received an email stating the tickets would be delivered 7/24 which is the day before the event. I contacted Event Ticket ************************** regarding my concerns of not receiving the tickets I purchased and requested the tickets be delivered or a refund be granted. The customer service agent was rude, condescending and said that I am an adult and need to take responsibility for my own actions. I have never received such poor customer service. I don't know how these companies are allowed to redirect internet traffic, hide service fees in fine print and not provide the merchandise purchased for >6 weeks.

    Hi, ****! Thanks for reaching out. As our customer support team has stated, your ticket will be ready on or before 7/24. I'm sorry for any sub-par customer service received and the unnecessary or rude comments during your call with us. 

    However, to be clear, we don't redirect internet traffic or hide our service fees! Additionally, venues and artists sometimes have regulations in place for the timeframe tickets will be distributed, and when tickets can be transferred between users. Unfortunately, as a resale marketplace, we don't have any way to speed this process along.

The delivery date/transfer timeline is set by the venue or artist, and not us. The delivery date is a conservative estimate by us - it's not atypical to get your tickets before that date!

    I was ordering tickets to a St. Louis Cardinals baseball game. I had searched a few websites looking for the deal I wanted. That ended up being through St. Louis Cardinals. The game was last week. As I was looking through my charges I realized I had been charged by an additional company but had never received any tickets from them.

    Fraudulent website selling hypothetical tickets at vast markups. I realized up paying the price was wrong and contacted them by phone within minutes of purchase. They gave me the runaround and did not refund my money. Please refund my money. It's all I ask.

    My husband and I bought tickets for a concert from Event Tickets Center (ETC) on 2/20/25 for $477.23 total. I noted that the exact tickets should have been closer to $153.40 with fees from competitor site, and legit official ticket site Live Nation. This lead me to believe these tickets were a scam. The tickets were not delivered to us. When we disputes the tickets with the CC company, ETC CANCELLED our tickets and offered only a partial refund of $56.64. Our tickets were rendered useless, unable to be downloaded, and we could not get our money back from this scam ticket sale. ETC refused to acknowledge it was a scam. It's also criminal they charge not only more than double the cost of these tickets, but also service fees of $56.50/ticket. We would like the remaining balance of $420.59 refunded to us since ETC cancelled our tickets on us.

As the client as already stated, we issued a curtesy credit outside of our policies already.     I am rejecting this response because:

    We never accepted the tickets.  They were e-tickets that were never transferred to us, downloaded, nor used.   They were cancelled on ETC's end on and we were given a very small portion of the refund on 3/21/2025, so how can they claim we accepted them on 3/28/2025 if they were already cancelled & partially refunded?    Please request ETC provides to the BBB evidence of the cancellation date and refund date (which will be 3/21/2025) OR that the tickets were transferred to "****** ****" or "******* ****"  on 3/28/25 as they state, after the cancellation and refund date.  If they were transferred to anyone on 3/28/25, it certainly was not us.  In addition, we went to this show using tickets from the legit ticket seller for face value (since this show as not sold out) and saw our supposed seats were occupied by a female and her friend.   The tickets were a complete scam that they allowed to happen because they made their money off of their extortionate and criminal service fees.   We asked for a full refund from them way before the show because we knew these tickets had to be scam and did not want to risk going to a show that was hours away to be turned away at the door for invalid tickets.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    The tickets were returned back to ETC because THEY cancelled the order.  If a MERCHANT cancels an order on a customer, the merchant must refund the entire charge to the customer.  ETC keeps stating this was done in their favor and there is nothing wrong with the order.   Yes, they took our money (in their favor) and cancelled our tickets making them unusable so there was a problem with the tickets.    This was clearly a complete scam by their third party ticket seller but they refuse to acknowledge that.   The price was $477 for two tickets which should have been $150 for two.    I provided BBB evidence of these exact tickets for sale on Live Nation.   ETC sold us counterfeit tickets and is pocketing their service fees.   I've seen a lot of other complaints about ETC all over the internet and BBB.   If they do not refund the charges to our credit card, I will take legal action and ETC will not only refund these fees but pay the attorney and court costs.    I will also be taking this up with the state attorney general for consumer fraud.   This is a serious crime.

    Please see my original pdf submitted titled ticketscancelledemail.pdf and the date of their $56 partial refund on 3/24/25  They were cancelled by ETC on their end on 3/24/25.  There is no date on that transfer screenshot you provided and the tickets were never transferred to us.  They were “on their way” according to that screenshot which is from the original purchase in February but we never accepted them because we suspected fraud. I reported them as fraud to my credit card but ETC fought with them too.   I’m 100% convinced this was all fraud.  BBB please check all dates then ask them to prove what date the tickets were supposedly transferred to us. If it’s after 3/24/25 they are mistaken or just lying to avoid a refund or legal implications.  Because my evidence shows they were cancelled 3/24/25

    I purchased tickets for The Music of Hans Zimmer & Others – A Celebration of Film Music scheduled for April 27, 2025, at Cullen Theater in the Wortham Center. I paid a total of $525.17 through Event Ticket Center.

    The event was postponed indefinitely, and I was not notified ahead of time by Event Ticket Center. I only learned about the postponement at the door of the venue on the evening of the event.

    At the venue, the official Performing Arts Houston notice clearly stated:

    “If you prefer to receive a refund now, we’ll happily process your request.”

    This contradicts the multiple emails I received from Event Ticket Center claiming that no refunds are issued for postponed events.

    In addition to the ticket cost, I also incurred $25 for parking and $100 for a nanny for the evening. We traveled across town and wasted an entire night based on Event Ticket Center’s failure to notify us. The event has no rescheduled date, and I cannot commit to an unknown future date.

    I am requesting a full refund of $525.17 as per the venue's official policy, which offered this option. I have photo evidence of the sign posted at the venue confirming this.

    Event Ticket Center is refusing the refund, ignoring venue policy, and leaving me no reasonable alternative but to escalate this complaint.

    Requested Resolution:
    A full cash refund of $525.17, not a voucher or resale option.

    I thought I was buying tickets through the event website. Turns out it was through Event Tickets Center. There are still many tickets available for this event. Event tickets Center charged $85 for tickets that can be easily bought for $47 on the event website and then charged a $30 per ticket processing fee that I didn't realize they were charging. I realized this immediately after submitting and while the tickets were still pending attempting to call the company to cancel. Ultimately they charged $346.55 for 3 tickets that are available on the event website for $146.64 (including delivery fees). There was no way to reach them as their phone lines were not being answered. The event has not yet occurred.
