            On May 4, 2021, I purchased therapeutic massages from Affordable Chiropractic. I bought a package and paid in advance. There was a dispute when I attempted to make additional appointments to use up the credits I had purchased. I was told by a girl in the office to “leave and not come back“. They originally sent a refund check of $165. However they mailed it to the INCORRECT address. Therefore, I never received the refund monies. I filed a dispute with my Credit Card Company. The Credit card company has tried multiple times to get Affordable Chiropractic to refund via another check or credit to my credit card. Affordable chiropractic has refused to do either one. I have documentation from Affordable Chiropractic stating they had sent the refund. Therefore, they know they are obligated to refund the money as they prove this by writing the original refund check sent to the INCORRECT address. They have refused to respond to my communication or Visa, the credit card company. Please assist.
