    I got a car from this dealership this since day one the two vehicles they I try the have issues I have a rav4 with stearin problems now a venza with transmission problems I when this place they show a price on the website but the loan it more like 4 thousand more that the original price they say the loaner will pay then less amount that the reason why the offer me a warranty I try to return the car in the 30 days warranty and they refuse to take the car back I have this venza with problems they told me they was gonna fix it they change the motor mounts and transmission mounts I told them the problems still there they say they don’t find anything wrong with it I took it directly with ****** and show the that the car actually have transmission problems they told me the warranty expired they can’t do nothing about it when I ask her before the warranty expired what will be my option since the car still with the problem they told me once they told you what it’s wrong we figure out they just lie on my face and I have a car that I been driving for a month and now have transmission problems I want return this car and have my down payment back or fix the car as they should

    Thank you for giving us the opportunity to clarify this matter.

    The customer purchased a pre-owned vehicle from us "as is," which was disclosed and agreed upon at the time of sale. Even though the sale was "as is," we openly speak about our 30 day break where if the customer has any concerns we are here to assist them and we have consistently worked to address their concerns, performing repairs at no additional cost to her to provide reassurance. Specifically, we have replaced motor mounts and transmission mounts to resolve any vibrations she noted. As it says on the ****** inspection a they noticed a small vibration, we did too when you were driving over 90mph which is more than the legal speed limit pretty much every where. Also keeping in mind it is a 2013 ****** venza with 134k miles at the moment of purchase. 

    Additionally, we made a loaner vehicle available while these repairs were being completed, in an effort to minimize any inconvenience. Following the repairs, we assessed the vehicle, and it was confirmed by our team and an external mechanic that the vehicle was in proper working condition. We understand the customer also sought a second opinion from ******, who noted that the transmission shows early signs of wear, specifically "a little shift flare" common in vehicles of this age, but is not currently defective.

    Regarding financing, the total loan amount and terms were reviewed and accepted by the customer at the time of purchase. We strive for complete transparency in every transaction, and the pricing and financing were provided in a clear, itemized breakdown.

    We understand the importance of customer satisfaction and will gladly assist with any further questions or information. While the vehicle is beyond the 30-day limited warranty, we remain available to help the customer explore any potential options for additional services.

    MY PROBLEM IS THAT I AM PAYING FOR AN CRAPPY USED *** THAT I GOT FROM UDRIVE IN GAINESVILLE FLA. AND EVERY SINCE I GOT THAT CAT ON 06/24/2023 I HAVE BEEN FIXING THIS *** UP AND NOT ENJOYING IT AT ALL I HAD TO PURCHASE AN NEW *** BATTERY AND NEW KEY BATTERY 2 NEW FRONT RIMS AND I HAVE TO GET 2 NEW BACK RIMS I GOT TO GET AN NEW FRONT GRILL THE HEATER DO NOT WORK IN THE *** TO GET THAT IT WILL COST ME $2.000 DOLLARS THAT I CAN NOT AFFORD MY MANCHANIC PUT THE LITTLE DASH TOP HEATER WHICH IT REALLY DO NOT HEAT THE *** UP. THE BACK RIGHT SIDE LIGHT REFLECTOR IS MISSING THE WINDOW STICKS SOMETIME THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT KEEP COMING AND GOING OFF THE *** SENSOR IS ACTING UP SO THAT WHAT MAKES THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT KEEP COMING ON OKAY I AM SO MAD CAUSE IT IS BAD ENOUGH WHEN MEN *** DEALER RIP YOU OFF BUT 2 LADIES DID THE RIPPING OFF THIS TIME AND WHEN I WENT TO TAKE THE *** BACK FOR THEM FOR THEM TO HELP REPAIR SOME OF THE ***** IN THE *** THE ***** UDRIVE WAS CLOSED DOWN AND THEY WENT BANKRUPTCY AND I HAD NOT EVEN HAD THE *** FOR TWO WEEKS WHICH YOU SUPPOSE TO LET THE CUSTOMER DECIDED IF THEY WANT TO KEEP THE *** OR NOT WELL I AN JUST SO OUT DONE WITH THESE TWO LADIES RIPPING ME OFF LIKE THAT. I AM PAYING MY *** PAYMENT THUR VYSTAR CREDIT UNION BANK IN GAINESVILLE FL. I KNOW THAT IT IS AN UDRIVE *** DEALERSHIP IN ************ ******* BUT I GOT MY *** FROM THE ONE IN GAINESVILLE FLORIDA MY PROBLEM IS THAT I THROUGHT I WAS GETTING AN VERY GOOD USED *** I KNOW WITH USED ***S YOU HAVE TO REPAIR THEM BUT ( OH MY GOD ) I CANNOT EVEN ENJOY THIS *** FOR HAVING TO REPAIR SOMETHING ON THIS *** PRETTY MUCH EVERY MONTH THE *** IS AN 2016 MADZA-3 MY *** I TRADED WAS AN 2011 KIA **** AND IF I KNEW THESE LADIES WERE NOT GOOD DEALERSHIP PEOPLE I WOULD HAVE NOT TRADED MY *** IN. I ONLY WENT THERE CAUSE MY BROTHER HAD GOTTEN SOME ***S FROM THEM EVEN THROUGH THEY WERE REPO BUT OTHER PEOPLE SAID THEY WERE AN NICE *** LOT TO DEAL WITH BUT I TRULY SEE THEY WERE NOT THEY JUST SCREWED ME OVER ME OVER BIG TIME I THROUGHT I WAS GETTING AN REALIABLE *** TO TAKE ME BACK AND FOURTH TO WORK AND MY DOCTOR'S *********** BUT TI TELL THE ***** I AM SO S***ED OF THE *** I NEED AN VERY GOOD *** I HAVE TO WORK I TAKE ***E OF MY HOUSE BY MYSELF AND PAY ALL THE ***** THERE I LIVE ALONE.
