Came to this bar since Ive been here in the past and enjoy it. I most recently came with a group of friends who apparently werent tipping however I was. I went to the first floor and got one drink for $4 and tip $1 bc it was a $4 drink the bar tender never asked if I would like to open a tab or keep it closed he just gave me my card back. After a while me and my friend go up stairs and I order one $6 shot and again tipped but this time I tipped $2 since the price went up an I like to stay at 20% or higher depending on the service. Once again I was not asked if I wanted an open tab but with a different bartender. After awhile I decided I wanted one more drink while still being on the top floor but this time the bartender said he wasnt going to serve me do to tipping because my friends werent. I told him how what they do and what I do is to different things and that I had been tipping. Once again he told me he wouldnt serve me bc he needed to make money. Honestly could have made a lot more out of my on tips if they asked me if I wanted to open a tab since the price of everything together would have been more. After being absolutely humiliated in this bar I contacted higher *** through their ******** page and left a ****** review. Because if he didnt want to serve my friends ok I understand that but dont go after me when Im not doing the same thing. Its been about two days now I havent gotten a response from the ******** page and they have taken down my ****** review. So at this point the company is aware how poorly their bartenders treat customers and dont care and want to hid it from other customers from being aware. I understand right to refuse if I was to intoxicated but it all I had was one drink and one shot I was barely tipsy. But refusing to server because you dont like the tip is straight disgusting.
