    I purchased a Sight Bulb and the memory card from LTD Commodities Jan.7. After receiving the bulb worked fine. Then a few days ago it stopped working, which I relied on for my husband has Alziehmers. I reset several times and did the due process that was required to no avail. I have tried calling The Trend Makers, who manufacture this device, at 973-287-5193 several times to be told not available at the moment. I tried emailing at [email protected] to be told the email is not valid. I have tried to do the right thing to seek help on a product that for a few short weeks. worked. They do not make available to help they say they provide.

    I had purchased a powerfit elite it has stopped working the email it gives has a number for powerfit elite (973)287-5186 this number isn't working when you call the 18007661458 is only for orders when asked for a number they give you the (973)766-1458 number that isn't a working number

    I ordered their product and it was received just fine. It is a lightbulb camera for outdoor use, kind of like ring. Product did not meet one requirement which was it requires sdcard for storage and that was not advertised.

    I have been trying to return this for 6 weeks. They guarantee 30 day back returns. The item has not been opened and is still in the original box. I barely receive comms from customer service department and if I get a response they continually ask questions I have already given them the answer to. It has now been over 2 weeks since I gotten a reply and its obvious this is not a legit company, or their customer service is extremely terrible. See below of a few emails sent.
