  I would like to take this time to give a very special thanks to ******************* for helping me get my husband's surprise (car) transported all the way from ** to ** damage free. Mr. *** was a great communicator. He was responsive in a timely manner and was upfront and clear about what he could or could not promise and what I should expect. He was awesome and I would use him again in the future for a transport.

  To transfer my car from Houston to Los Angeles, I requested quotes from several companies. Joe P. from Get It Done Transportation was the first to respond WITH a competitive price. One phone call and things were set up. Transportation was flawless. Great communication with the driver

  Stay away from this company. The owner *** is a smooth talker however, we got screwed. We booked this job 5 weeks ahead and was promised that our car would be picked up on time and transported to NJ. *** took a $390 deposit via credit card (His commission). When the time came to pick up the car, we got a call from *** and he said that the truck broke down and we had to use another trucking company. This trucking company wanted $200 more than the agreed price we contracted. I understand this is one of the tricks they play. Essentially, they low ball the price to get the job and claim their commission, then they use an excuse to blame the trucker. We finally got our car 5 days after the promised delivery date. Between Marco Island, Florida, and NJ, our car was used by the trucking company. They drove it around burning a 1/4 tank of gas and smoked cigarettes in our car.

  Sad to read this review as it is no true reflection on how our family business is run. I am sorry you weren't happy with your overall experience. We have reached out to you and tried to get details on it with no avail. We been in business over a decade and have 1000's of references of happy clients. We only hire drivers with a min of 5yrs driving experience to avoid any issues which is why we have so little

  I would like to thank ********************* for all his help with coordinating my Jeep's pick up in ************ and then the delivery to *******, ** in just over 24 hours. ***** was there to answer any calls and all of our questions, I went with my gut instinct and hands down ***** was the most honest about their pricing and what was entailed in the transport options.

  They didn't pick up my vehicle when they were supposed to and then ghosted me the next day and wouldn't pick up any phone calls or call me back when I left messages with very clear details instructing them to do so. I had to go with another company because they never picked up my vehicle. They did take my deposit money though. I won't ever try to use them again.

  ***** I am sorry the driver was delayed! Once thing we don't do is ***** anyone we pride ourselves on communication and if you agent didn't do so I will make sure something like that never happens again! Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry if we dropped the ball, it is a rare occurrence as ship over ****** cars and motorcycles a year with 1000's of references all across the country of happy clients.

  It’s kinda funny I never transported a car before so I had no clue what to expect. I went to Google and wow it was like when you go on web md for a headache nothing but scary stuff and warnings . I needed the job done so I had to trust someone and Get it Done Transportation ended up being the winner. I was very happy with the overall service and pricing I’m praying I never move again but if I do I’ll call David and get it done again. I do recommend

  I thought this was a great company to transport my son car from ***** to **************. We really need our car moved, but havent heard from anyone. I tried to upload pictures of the messages sent with no response from the company but it wont let me upload pictures to this review. We paid a deposit of $390 back in Dec. today is Jan 31, havent heard from anyone with any updates. We asked for a refund, no answer. The last we heard from the company, he asked for the last 4 of card number used and the quote number. No response since. We have been put on hold and nothing resolved. I sent text messages or made calls to each number we have, no answer. Please, do not waste your time. Use a more trusted and caring professional company. I have filed a court case to get our refund.

  This is my second time using Get it Done. I am a traveling nurse and I plan on continuing to use them. I am very familiar how it all works because I been traveling for many years these experiences with Get It Done was incomparable then when I went with others. Very transparent and honest gives you info that you dont even realize you needed. Thank you GID

  after using a different company that dropped the ball i found get it done transportation on line. Get it Done was very knowledgeable and priced fair. i went with my gut and chose them. everything went well. i would definitely use Get it Done again if I am in need of transportation services again
