    I don't recommend this business or program to anyone looking for help. The staff members use profanity, disrespectful, and do gay sexual harassment on straight people harassment via through phone and text messages, and making jokes and discrimination against people with disabilities and telling lies it's disgusting, Staff member ***** should be fired for the way he treats people yelling screaming and disrespecting and he has a criminal record all reported to police , Staff member ***** tells lies thinking everything is a joke and staff member ****** does nothing to resolve these issues. I will make sure this is all reported to county of ******* and Florida state attorney general office and ************************. ***** discriminated against ****** who is disabled and harassed others ***** , **** and others in that house that left. Even **** stated ***** was a jerk towards him. The house infested with fleas , roaches , bed bugs and stray cats. Health **** Contacted too

For over fifteen years, Project SOAR Recovery Residences has provided a clean, safe and sober living environment to recovering alcohol/substance abusers or those who are dually diagnosed with mental health issues. Our team members are the backbone of our organization and the reason Project SOAR has been so incredibly successful in our mission to serve others. We are committed to ensuring every single one of the more than 250 residents that call Project SOAR home are treated with the utmost respect and dignity as they navigate through one of the most challenging periods of their lives. With respect to the complaint you submitted, Project SOAR Recovery Residences vehemently denies all of the allegations raised and welcomes the opportunity to speak with you further to obtain any information you may have to help substantiate your claims. According to your complaint, you are disputing a payment of $800.00; however, according to our records your stay with us was funded by a third-party organization and no money was paid directly by you to Project SOAR. Furthermore, housing services were provided to you in the amount we ultimately received for your stay and no monies are owed to the third party payee. Project SOAR is committed to honoring your desired outcome and believes any further contact from you is unwarranted nor necessary. Consequently, your contact information has been deleted from our database and as this account is current, there is no need for any further contact with you moving forward. We wish you the best of luck in your recovery.
