    It was agreed to be charged only $195 and business charged my credit card $302.50. - Date of transaction 05/13/2024 - We were told by the guy on the phone it was going to be only $195 and they charged my credit card $302.50 - My van had to be towed to my shop - I will like to get the credit for the amount agreed on not the amount charged.

    We contact ***************** and explain to him we wasnt the company who did the job, the name is similar but is not our company and we have nothing to do with them. We have a lot of people calling us complaining about the company but we explained the same, name es very similar but we are a different owners. My company name is. TowingRUs.  
    and their is Towings RUs.   The apostrophe make the whole difference. My company name has the apostrophe on top of the **  Their apostrophe is on top of the g. Between g and  s   Thanks for let us know.

    Hello,

    This car was impounded by the police to their lot and he call us to toe his car from the towing lot.

    Don't remember the exact miles but up to 10 miles we have a flat rate of $195.

    Te customer never mention that this car was involved in an accident and it's not going into N and my driver needs to use special equipment.

    when we arrived to the drop off location we explain the customer all the additional charges and he signed on the invoice and pay from his phone after we sent him payment link.

    Everything was agreed by driver & customer. We don't see any reason for this dispute. and we even didn't got one phone call for complan or dispute in the bank, We dont see any reason for this complain in the BBB.
