  From the initial phone call to the very last, "****" (female) was deceptive! After months of calling we finally had to tell her she was not permitted to call our company ever again! She misrepresented her position as a worker for *********** and was able to collect information for our companies phone accounts. Only after she collected this information, did we realize she was in fact only a third party company and was attempting to scam us into porting over our "outdated" copper phone lines to another service. Very convincing scam they have going; the other reviews and complaints make this clear! During the last phone call today, she actually informed me that she contacted our phone company on our behalf to initiate discounts and credits to our service! I immediately informed her that she was not given any permissions to perform such duties on our companies behalf! I requested that she never reaches out again and contacted our phone carrier to inform them that we needed our account to be monitored for any future changes. Modern day scam artists!

  Thank you for writing this and making us aware of this.  **** has worked for us for 10 years, and hopefully you read her email signature that clearly says who she is and our company name.  **** is very thorough with her customers, and has over 100 customers she works with each month.  Once again we apologize if you felt mis lead, but under no circumstances are we a scam.

  Im going to hire an attorney for the THOUSANDS of money lost dealing with these lying scammers! Lied about prices, lied about service, phones were down this last time for 5 1/2 WEEKS! We have a 24 hour well-water repair business! We lost customers and had to pay someone to sit in an office to answer phones that did not work! This company cost us over $50,000. I had to fight with them to release my pin to have my number released to an actual phone service! These people need to be shut down!

  They call and cleverly try to infer they are from Frontier and are calling about my business account. I dont like sneaky tactics!

  This company is a joke. We have been back and forth for two months and still do not have operating phones in my office. They have sent 7 techs out and have yet to fix the issue. This is a joke. Never call you back.

  If I could give 0 star , I definitely would, the company is totally a scam , a thief, they will tell you under **** solution line which is not , dont trust them, get away from them.

  I operating a small shelter in the city of *******, ******** providing shelter and food to the homeless population. Converged Telephone Networks offered to lower our phone bill. On 12/14/2021, I entered into a contact with them. Boy, oh Boy what a NIGHTMARE FROM HELL!! . I am crying as I write this review. Every week our phone lines would die, meaning we had NO LAND LINE PHONE SERVICE. we could not receive calls or make outgoing calls. I loss clients, I loss opportunities, I loss capital and I loss confidence. I terminated my contact 6/2024, at a cost of hundreds of dollars. This company never compensated me a dollar for the days and weeks we had no phone service. If I could afford an attorney I would *** them but I can't. God, shall avenge the poor.One good things I can say, their tech team is good, They were kind. Converge Network is a HORRIBLE tele-communication provider stick with *****

  CTN is a scam artist company, they contacted us in 2021 telling us they were ***** They did the work, which didn't work..put some cheap repeators for the internet.They then sold the contract to Greybar. After we agreed to a $169.00 for 60 months, it got jacked up to $342.00 dollars with no backup papework. We were arguing with ******* from 2021to 2024 about the charges. Finally we got notice from *******, they did not do the work, only bought the note. ******* provided us with a copy of the invoice from 12-7-21. This is the first time we knew anything about CTN..they represented themselves as ***. We have filed complaints with the Calif PUC, FTC, Consumers affairs. The *** internet was so bad we finally changed to another internet provider. The new provider, removed all of CTN's equipment. Upon checking the invoice against the equipment installed, only about 1/3 of the material on the invoice could be found. We only found out that CTN did the work April 9, 2024. We have sent 4 emails, 4 faxes, 2 certified mailings and as of 5/2/24 called 16 times and left voice mails to contact us.We have never spoke with a live person at ***..all we can get is VM. ******* has told us they no longer do business wtih CTN. CTN will not communicate with us. We have a lease amount issue with them, as well as they need to explain where the equipment went on the invoice they provided to Greybar went.

  Companies claims to be affiliated with AT&T. That’s a lie. Their claim of cheaper payments, is a lie also. They have excuse after the next. Try to get “PIN number” to change back to originally provider, they want cancellation fee and whatever else they can get, before even giving the PIN number. 0/10 would not recommend.

  Avoid this company like the plaque, Nothing but a scam. Not able to provide the service after taking the number from ***** leaving ** with no phone at our business, refused request to release the number back to ***** had to change the number on our business it had for over 50 years, now they are billing for a service they were not able to provide, knew they couldn't provide, and never intended to provide. There is no customer at the number provided, no one has answered in 2 weeks.
