    I purchased a katimanjaro (Bigfoot) cat condo (Burgundy/Ivory) from Playtime Workshop on 10.06.22 and the company charged my bank account $584.98 on ********. On 10.07.22 received an email from ***** at Playtime Workshop that they received my order and it would take about **** weeks or so to receive via ****** I sent an email on 10.08.22 asking for a modification to the order and received response. On 12.10.22 I sent an email requesting status of my order (no response). On 12.14.22 left voicemail with company. Received email from ***** stating "Hey *****, Up late, all I do is work. With Xmas and New Years coming up, I looks like it will be after the holidays. I'm swamped and need to take some time off. If I go to fast I make mistakes.Hope it's cool, and Merry Xmas to you guys. ** *****. On 02.16.23 left voicemail (no response). On 02.24.23 left voicemail and email (no response). On 03.11.23 sent message through company website under "Contact" requesting status_refund, sent email through ******************************* (no response). Today, 04.06.23 left voicemail for *********** and ************** sent message through website under "Contract" and submitting a complain through the BBB. My next steps would be to contact a lawyer. I'm hoping this can be resolved through the BBB. I would like to get a refund with an apology from the company along with having this noted on their BBB record. Please let me know if you need anything else additional.

    I had only wished I found the BBB entries for Playtime Workshop prior to placing the order with them. It seems I have fallen for the same problem plaguing so many others who do business with this 'company'. Feb 2022 - Order placed with Playtime Workshop. Credit card billed for product and shipping. At the time of the order, product was advertised as shipping in ***** business days. Apr 2022 - No product or communication. Queried vendor. Vendor responded indicating order would now be 8 to 10 weeks, due to injury. June 2022 - No product or communication. Queried vender two times, after first query garnered no response. Vendor indicated the order still not started yet and that it would be another 6 to 8 more weeks. June 2022 - Requested order be cancelled and I be issued a full refund as it was now 18 weeks since ordered and the product wasn't even started yet. Vendor agreed to my cancellation and refund request. July 2022 - After 3 weeks of not receiving a refund on my credit card, I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company in order to receive a refund. It should be noted that the entire time the vendor was continually telling me 6 to 8 more weeks, or 8 to 10 weeks, their advertised shipping dates for the product remained unchanged. And it would be assumed they were still taking orders under that premise. Thankfully my Credit Card used has a long dispute window. Would be 0 stars if possible.
