5 starsWe needed to move our daughter into her new place that was on the third floor. Our Family Moving And Storage gave us the most affordable price and went above and beyond with customer service and taking proper care of our items that needed to be stored in between moves. Their timeliness and attention to detail gave us comfort that we were in good hands. 5 starsThis is the best moving company I've ever used (and I've used 3 in the last nine years - which is more than most)!!!! They were professional, thorough, detailed, and fast! From the office staff to the moving team on the day of, I had a fantastic experience. I will be using them for any moving and will be recommending them for years to come. You will not be disappointed and came highly recommended to me for a reason. I'm a reasonable person and know unfavorable things are likely to happen on a moving day, but even with average expectations with past movers, I've had some really crappy experiences, from broken items to unreasonable overcharging, but on moving day, you're in a vulnerable position. I never felt that way with this company. They were transparent in their pricing and so efficient on moving day. I was shocked! It's a rarity to be shocked in a positive way, and I hope reading this review solidifies your decision to book with this company.Our Family Moving and Storage LLC

1 starA subpar moving company with horrible business practices. If you want compensation then you have to sign an NDA so you can't write a bad
review about them. Movers don't know what they're doing and break things. Didn't know how to wrap things properly. Threw empty water
bottles on my grandparents property when they could've just asked where the trashcan was. I feel so bad for my grandparents. I just want to warn
everyone of this company. The manager, ********* ** * ****** and acts like you're wasting his time when he's the one that's wasting yours. He
