    I purchased a flat iron less than 2 years ago and it has since broken . The actual cord came detached from the device a f shocked the c*** out of me . They refused to replace the device , I will never purchase another tool from Pretty In A Minute.

    A representative came to the school and after waiting in line to purchase I felt regret from buying the tools. The dryer is too heavy for me to use. I reached out for a refund and they said it all must be returned new and untouched. If failed to meet these requirements I have to pay a restocking fee of 35% as well as returned within 7 days. NOT TO MENTION I have to be the one to pay for the shipping. I was hoping for more better customer service but this was not the case.

    Their products do not work as advertised. They sell their products to cosmetology students for $685 . They do not disclose that their return policy is up to a 35% restock fee along with you being responsible for return shipping even if THE **** IS DEFECTIVE. I contacted them and they sent replacements on a few item that also didnt work . I asked to return as I can not use these. They stated the items needed to be new and unused. That is impossible as I had to use them to test them. Then they stated I had to pay the return shipping and restock fee if I didnt have the original packaging. They are not honest when selling the products and will not refund you all the money you paid

Upon disclosing her concerns and opting to return the products, we have offered to honor the return as well as provide a return label. Upon doing this, the customer has stated she then wanted to keep the tools, but wanted to receive new ones as she feels the products she received are defective. We will provide her with a full return as our tools are designed particularly with floating plates and do not believe she will be left with satisfactory results upon receiving any additional replacement products. Please feel free to contact us with any additional questions or concerns.

    Thank you. After comparing my regular iron and mini with the one my teacher has my plates do not meet unless you apply a lot of pressure. She thinks that is the issue. Could it be that the whole iron bundle was just defective? Is it possible to try and exchange the regular iron and mini iron again? Can the warehouse quality check the plates before they ship them? I really do like the keratin and the heat brush and would like to avoid returning the whole bundle.
