    If I could give less than a star I would! These people are dishonest and will not honor the work they provide. They did a new roof on my house in 2021 and we still experience leaks. I have contacted them countless times, even spoke with "managers" for the company but no resolve. A manager from the company advised us to go through our home insurance for repairs. Why would we do that when your company is still responsible for the warranty. Somehow no one seems to answer the phone when I call about repair status and somehow we constantly receive unsolicited calls from their **************** about new services. I have only been in my home for 5 years now and 3 have been spent trying to get this company to do the right thing.I hope when the team reads this post, some effort is made to resolve the issue. No need to provide names because I am certain they know exactly who I am. We have been very polite and patient with allowing them time fix the issues. I hate that we have to result to a blast post but enough is enough. On several occassions I have told them that I did not want to escalate and even at one point praised their attention to the matter but apparently that was all talk and no action. Please let the owners know that it cast a very bad image on the company due to the failure to complete a job properly.

    We still have not heard from the company either by phone or in writing. We need someone to come out to repair the roof. The response seems as if they are brushing us off. They have long received payment and not honoring their warranty. We have no desire for compensation at this time, we just want our roof repaired properly.

    We have thoroughly researched the matter, and the roof installation passed all city inspections, confirming that our job was completed correctly and approved by the city. We also tried contacting you to explain this over the phone but received no response. If any issues have arisen after the job was completed, we cannot cover them under warranty, as they are unrelated to the work we performed.

    Its about a home improvement loan. Contractors are running a scam. A to Z G.C. ***************/PACE has put ****** worth of taxes on my property tax. There was not ****** worth of worth of work done on my home. The work was incomplete. Im really disgusted on how I was treated and the fact that they are able to do this to a consumer and get away with it. Can I have some justice on this matter, please help !

    In October 2023 I paid this company $30,000 to remodel my bathroom. Its now January **** and they havent finished my bathroom. They have been giving me the run around, not answering my calls and lying to me. Im still unable to use my bathroom because they did not finish and now they are ignoring my calls. They are a scam. As soon as they got paid, they stopped answering my calls to finish my bathroom.

    Permit was never closed 3 years ago and I found out in July 2023 when I decided to put my house up for same. Three months later, lots of phone calls, texts and email and I cannot get a person to respond since October 9th. Two extensions on my contract to buy a new house and now I loose the new house because of a permit issue that is 3 years overdue? Unbelievable!

    Paid AtoZ GC 27K deposit for hurricane windows. They never installed them or paid the supplier to have them released. Didn't pay the permit office and let the permits lapse. Won't respond to my lawyers attempted contacts. Is being sued by *** Supply for over $800K. This vendor represents a flight risk. By the time the lawsuit goes to court they may have fled the country with the money they stole from customers and *** Supply.

    A to Z disagrees with the allegations made by *************** in regards to her *********** property

    Contract is 72k after change of order and only 46k was paid to date, the contract was for home improvement / windows and doors. Home improvement part fully done, windows still pending but no payment received for it.

    We A to Z are still owed 26k per contract signed by homeowner.

    Notwithstanding, we are in the process of communicating with her attorneys in attempt to amicably resolve the complaint

    We want to cancel the contract we esigned 7/11//2023. We gave no money but signed a contract on line.we called A toZ G.C home improvement the morning of 7/12/2023.They took my information cell and email.They said they will cancel contract and send me confirmation. No confirmation from them yet .It is now 7/14/2033. All I want is confirmation of canceled contract.thats all.

    We had hurricane windows and doors installed in our home. To begin, the workers left the caulking around some of them quite messy. They also left all of the stickers on the windows. But most importantly, our current issue is that 3 of the 4 sets of doors have broken latches. We have been calling the company for at least 2 months now. We have set up appointments, and they never show up. We call back, they apologize, and it happens over and over. We will likely have to get another sliding glass door company to come repair the broken latches that this company refuses to fix. We have not had a hurricane yet to see if these windows and doors are ok, though we have had plenty of rain and they've been fine so far. But their lack of response is horrible, and I would advise anyone considering using this company to stay away. It would be nice if the company sees this response and decides to make it right.

    I hired *********, LLC to install impact windows and doors on my property. It was through a program called **** ******* where they give you a list of Contractors and financial institutions that they have partnered with to provide window and doors and you can get financing through their partners. I choose A to Z and they provided me with ***** financial application which I got approved with. Windows and doors were installed in November 2022. A to Z gets paid directly through the financial institution (***** Financial). I have been calling A to Z since my windows have been installed because 3 of them do not lock and I have not gotten a call back from them since November. Fast forward to May 10, 2023 I receive a certified mail that I am being sued by the company A to Z received their supplies from. I have no contract with their supplier (ABS ********** but after speaking with ************* they advised me it is because ********* never paid for the supplies. I called the financing company ***** Financial and they advised me that payment was sent to A to Z GZ on December 22, 2022. I have attempted to call ********* everyday since May 10th and have not received a call back. I even got the cell number for the General Manager of A to Z and left multiple messages on his cell with no response. ************* states that they have been reaching out as well with no resolution. I am terrified of losing my home over this A to Z non compliance. I have attached all contracts and letters from *** supply Co. Please help me.

    I am being charged by Dividend Solar Finance (Loan No.L21-**-0160511) the amount of $4,600 for work that was never intiated or done by contractor A to Z G.C. The contractor came to give me an estimate but because the work was expensive, I acquired another contractor ************* **************** (in which I have an invoice of the work completed for the broken screens repair). A to Z claim they did this work of fixing 7-8 ripped/broken screens and fixed a broken panel in the courtyard of the shade area. I will attach photos to show that work was never done. They did however, do the installation of the jacuzzi that was financed through Lending Point in which we have been paying monthly for 1 year. However, all work reported and sent for collection through Dividend was never completed in which we found out that we were being charged a year later when ******** reached out for payment. We contacted the company requesting the contract in which the signatures on the contract are not ours. This was reported to Dividend on several occasions and our Legal firm is also involved. I went to A to Z's location several times to be told that ****** (the owner) was not there. So now I have past due notices from Dividend which will ultimately decrease my credit score reporting non-payments. I need the contract terminated since the work was never completed and whatever money was paid by Dividend to the contractor, they should resolve that with the contractor since the work was never done. I am also open to Dividend/A to Z to come to home for an inspection and they see the work was never completed (for broken panel in the courtyard of the shade area).

    *********, LLC/ A to Z Home Improvements completed work on my home on December 20, 2022 for storm windows and doors. Work was signed off on January 2, *************************************************************************************************************************************************** to a lien placed on my property, due to A to Zs failure to pay a subcontractor. I verified with the finance company about the payment, to which they noted payment was made to A to Z in early January; January 5th, 2023. I have spoken to A to Z several times only to receive the run around and no action to remove the lien on my property.
