This company withheld information from my 89 year old grandmother on a replacement piece that was under warranty. This part was replaced under 2 years ago. After asking about the parts condition she refused to pay until she was given a more detailed information, the man then proceeded to raise his voice then yelled at her in her home all the way to his vehicle. When she called to arrange her payments and get the information she was asking, which she never recieved, the company then told her that her family needed to mind their own business cause we could get her into alot of trouble? All because we voiced concern as to why they wouldnt explain the condition of the part along with the mans behavior. This company, I feel owes my grandmother an apology along with the information she questioned. My concern is that they continue to use referbished parts so they can charge for labor multiple times without question because the part is under "warranty" again she had this "new unit" installed less than 2 years. She is living on a fixed income, she is making the payments, but she is completely valid in asking for the condition of the original part, along with the replacement, it is money out of her pocket. The behavior of the man made my grandmother feel extremely uncomfortable and has caused her a great deal of stress along with fear and discernment. I typically do not file complaints but seeing that she tried to voice her concern straight to the source and got shut down, I had no other option.
