I hired this company to upate a website I already had. me a website back in 2021. It took me about 8 months to get all my content that I needed for my website (worked really hard on it). Finally the website was created. Eversince they re-did my existing site it has been nothing but problems. The "hosting" kept causing my website to crash multiple times 10-15 times to be exact. Everytime I would call I would get the run around blaming it on everyone else but them. Everytime I would call about the issue they kept wanting more money in the thousands.. which I just couldnt understand. The last straw I decided to use a different hosting company. In return they deleted all of my content and now I am left with nothing. It is a shame they are in still in business.Initial Complaint

In March 2022, I paid for web hosting from this company for 24 months, which would officially end on 3/2024, but my website service has been down since April 2023; I have reached out multiple times to the company requesting for my website to be activated or refunded for services that were not provided and the company also refuses to give me access to my login information that contains my website files so that I can seek services elsewhere. The company has requested more money from me to return my website, and I have told them that I already paid for this service and I wanted to receive the services that I paid for. I've been trying to reach out to someone from this company for the last eight months, and I finally received a call from (925) 397-9474 a Marc Smith, requesting more money instead of providing the services that were purchased.Initial Complaint

So last year I was contacted by Victor Salamanca from the web design corp to do my business website. They sold it to me separately each item was fo either 3 years 5 years or lifetime. They sold me the SEO , the https, the web design. and other things they claimed i needed. They sold me all these for what they called a great package price. I spent almost 4K on this website. Once i purchased all of these things they tell me that I know how to purchase the domain for an outrages price. I said sure believing that the website will be operational for at least 3 years. I recently got a message on Oct 25th 2023 from victor asking for more money to keep my website up. I messaged him back and told him that this feels like a scam. He then messaged me back ,and assured me that everything was for 3 years. Today i went to check something in my website and it has been taking down. I ve been contacting "Victor" and no answer. Last March I started working with the company for a webdesign business. I still ave nothing accurate to show for it. I have tried to discuss a refund of some sort with the compaint department but was told that is not an option. I hired this company to help me create a website for my start up business. I trusted this company with my business and I also paid them a lot of money. They began to purposely turn shut my website down and telling me needed additional features to keep my website active. I began to have some suspicion because I didn’t understand why this wasn’t something I was told to begin with. After doing some research I learned did not need the features and they are trying to force my hand to pay them more money and if I don’t they will block me from my business website that I paid a lot of money for. They have truly deceived me and I paid them so much money not only is this affecting my business it has also affected my personal finances. Hired a web designer , bought a package to cover my needs as I am a new business . They promised my site would be live in 2-3 weeks in May 2022 . The site did not launch until mid September and now is non functional when trying to reach the site its blocking as if the site is fraudulent and unsecure. I did not get the services in the package and it was not and is not delivered on time. I spoke with my account rep several times without resolution . The money back guarantee only applies if the site build has not started which starts when you pay for the service so its null and void because you will never be able to get your money back if the service is not provided. I spent 1300 plus for the website build SEO optimization domain and hosting plus extra content writing and social media pages with postings and blogs. Not completed.Initial Complaint

I am complaining against this company as they are not responding to me. I have paid over $600 on a supposed website and a company logo. For more than 3 months, I have not heard back from them, no one is returning, my call and/or email. I started working with them in February 2022 and nothing has been set, scheduled, or arranged. I have more than a month reaching out to the company to no avail. No one wants to give me names, contact information, and/or emails to reach a director or supervisor. When I originally reached out to The Web Corp I was told they would provide me with a professional business website. The total was going to be $499. At the time I spoke to Ken Williams regarding the services that were going to be provided. Along the way they charged me an extra $300 for content. They said it would be written by a professional writer however the process was delayed due to improper grammar etc. When I brought it up to their attention they became defensive and denied any issues with the grammar even though I provided them with a copy of the proofread content. According to them they would go on and fix it and there would be no issues once the website was live. Before putting the website live they again offered me hosting services through Go Daddy for extra money based on the package. I told them I would rather do the hosting through Google because the amount of money was not feasible at the time. When the website finally went live all the features were out of place and the content was in a different language. I contacted Alex the person whom I was working with at the time and he blamed Google hosting, he claimed Go Daddy would be more effective and necessary for all features and content to show the way they were suppose to. I contacted Go Daddy directly and purchased a package from them due to fees being more reasonable. The Web Corp then put my website live through Go Daddy and the same issues occurred where the features were out of place and the content was in a different language. I contacted Alex from the Web Corp to express my frustration and ask for a refund & he became extremely defensive and refused to give me a refund. I told him I would file a dispute with my bank on all three charges which I did. My bank was able to obtain two out of those three charges but they refused to release the rest of the $300 back. I purchased a website. They never provided me the website that I requested. After contacting them on the dissatisfaction of the website they stop accepting my calls. They arwe a scam located in Karichi, Pakistan. Thius companies gives generic names such as John smith, Jack Mason John Mason Rebecca Mason, and Daniel Brown. Beware this is definitely not a legit company. They need to be investigated to ensure they are not a terrorist organization. I want my money back. I don't expect them to do anything because they are total scam artists and after reviewal of Florida Secretary of State the business is not listed. Do not buy stop this organization from taking Americans money!
