            We purchased a Sleeper Sofa from Furniture Outlet February 25 , 2021 for our condo in Destin. We paid almost $1200 for this sofa and deliver.. My daughter was down in the last week and indicated that the cloth on the sofa was defective and peeling. I asked her to take photos . I talked with the salesperson at Furniture Outlet and she referred me to Mark **** the owner. I sent photos to him. Instead of trying to help me remedy this by saying he needed to contact manufacture. He sent me an email telling me to take a clothes shaver to the sofa. (This could eventually cause a hole in the fabric) . I eventually talked with hi. I ask him if was sofa what would he do . He would get a clothes st shaver and put a cover on it. He got very defensive. The salesperson knew this was going in a condo. I had purchased a number of sofas and chairs from them in the past. They should let us known that the fabric picked out would not be good. Now, after the season I am going to have to replace the sofa
