    I ordered flowers thru Teleflora for a Christmas arrangement for my family in *******. The delivery was set and completed on 12/20/2022. The arrangement was awful and not what I selected or even close to a substitute. The ******* florist said they would deliver another arrangement which has never happened despite emails and phone calls. Their website makes a 100% satisfaction guarantee. It was to be a >$50.00 arrangement and was not even close. The red image in the vase I uploaded was what I ordered. The red ribbon vase arrangement was what was delivered. Not even close.Here is my email correspondence:Good morning. Our shop has been closed for the holidays. We will reopen on January 3rd.
