We contracted with this company on April 15th. Everything was going smoothly we received our permits, concrete pad, electrical box, and gas tank by August 5th which was the last thing they had completed. We called several times between then and end of September. The office person said **** would call us back with an install date. He called back only once stating there were issues with the mfg. Once we saw Hurricane Ian was coming our way my husband went down personally. Spoke with **** and he guaranteed he’d be calling us back with an install date. Ian came, lost electricity. We have my 94 year old mother living with us. Not a good situation. Ian came and went. Regained electricity. My husband went back down to office and spoke again to **** on a Friday and he told him he’d have his by Monday. My husband went back down several times and the doors were locked during business hours. Then my husband found his home address and drove by Mike’s home. All company trucks were locked in compound behind his house. Also parked in front & compound were 3 boats on trailers and multiple jet skis. Probably our generators. Then we saw both channel 5 news reports about the other people they had ripped off. We called the police but told us this was a civil matter. Our question is at what point is it criminal? We too paid over $12k with no generator, gas or hook up & testing. So far, 3 of us have been taken for at least $33k. Can’t recommend to anyone not to use them, too late. But we certainly would like to press charges for fraud & theft. Anyone know a good attorney? Maybe file a class action law suit and put a lien on all his boats, jets skis and home…. Just disgusting he can be protected by LLC but the consumer is left with no protections.

Avoid using this company. They are unable to fulfill their contracts because of serious financial issues. They were evicted from the location in Ft. Pierce, are no longer at the address listed in the BBB profile, and have not posted a new location address anywhere. The company had a judgment issued against them in October due to litigation by one of their suppliers and subsequently had their bank account garnished for over $319,000. Both these cases are public record can be verified by searching the company name on the St. Lucie County Court records online search engine. They have also laid off well over half their employees. Even though their BBB accreditation has been suspended, they still advertise having it and an A+ rating on their website. When I questioned the delays in fulfilling their contact, the company sent out a statement on their letterhead that states in part "We would like to first say that EE has all intentions of completing every job with our customers, but regrettably it is just going to take longer than we perceived." They go on to state that "Due to Covid, shipment delays, and the sudden back out of an investor, Energized Electric has realized they must claim Chapter 11 in order to help Energized Electric have time to reorganize the company". As of this past week there is no bankruptcy filing on record for this company. What they lead people to believe and what is really going on are two totally different things. Do not do business with this company.

Energized Eclectic ********** ** Contracted with this company for a maintenance agreement on my new generator which this company installed June 2022. I was charged $445.00 for maintenance agreement to my credit card on Sept.19, 2022.I called and requested a copy of the maintenance contract be emailed or sent through US postal .I was assured by their personnel that its in the mail. NOTHING Recently made phones calls and just got a message, " we are busy on the phone or out to lunch".From my understanding this company has closed their doors. There are lawsuits pending.I search on line and found information about this company and its shady practices.Lost as what to do but I will not let this company keep my money. ************

Ordered our generator last February, with a promised installation date by July. It is now November and we have been sitting with a concrete slab, electrical box, and an empty tank for months. Twice someone called from the company promising to call back the following week, With a specific installation date, and that generators were in, and one had our name on it. After waiting a couple of weeks I called them and was told we didnt make the first cut of installations. This is a sham company and if we could go elsewhere at this point we would. Our lawn is a mess from their work to install the tank, and we cannot fix it until the generator is in. No one answered the phone, and no one answers our messages to call back. One hand doesnt seem to know what the other is doing. I dont know how they stay in business. Problem is we paid them a lot already.

Contracted Energized Electric to install a whole house generator on 29 April. ******** was told work would be complete in 4-6 months. During the past 6 months, there have been numerous trips to perform the work and the last trip on 19 October resulted with a line being installed through the attic and a moisture barrier blown-in insulation wall totally destroyed. The co-owner (***********************) and I agreed to split 50/50 the cost to repair the wall. Since that time, numerous phone calls were made requesting a timetable for the generator installation. Phone is not answered and no one has returned the calls after leaving a message. I also went to the office and no one answered the door. I have spoken to a contractor who has been told this company is in debt, has let go employees and may be filing for bankruptcy. I have paid over 80% of the contract price and am very upset.

After contracting in June, 2022, to install a auto-change-over generator Energized Electric (E.E.) has performed approximately 60-65% of the installation, as of 10-28-22!No action has been taken this past week ( ending 10-28-22 ) and E.E. has been unresponsive to my several calls seeking to determine the status of my generator installation.
