    Franklin is a gentleman to work with he and his team accurately appraised my vehicle. Together with an umpire who he hand selected were able to beat the insurance company in giving me nothing for my vehicle after Hurricane Ian here in Fl.     If it was possible I would be leaving a 10 Star review After a lot of research on the internet I chose St Lucie Appraisal Company. Not only was it the best value, but it was also a knowledgeable professional report with complete description and explanation of criteria used and details of individuals in auto industry dealerships researched to giving me a true factual diminished value. estimates. The report and methodology will give you the information & leverage to get a satisfactory diminished value from the insurance company. The insurance companies are going to try to settle at the lowest possible value. Hang in there you will have the ammunition to fight it. Frank’s at St. Lucia support was there even after I received his report with any questions and different strategy to use with the insurance company. He also supported me with knowledge & his history with the our State Division of Insurance when I sought their help. I copied him on all communication with the insurance company. He documented everything to my file and responded with when he felt it was needed. I can’t say enough about this company. So here is my 10 star review ???????????????????? Good luck Ron B.

    For starters I was very satisfied with this company and would recommend it to anyone in need of this type of service. Not knowing anything really about this process, Frank was able to answer all my questions and was very professional. The information on the report was extremely detailed and helpful in my case, and seemed to make my claim move along much quicker than I had expected at least. All in all, great company, great service and great results 10 out 10!
