      My elderly parents paid **** Morgan more than $10k to replace windows in their home last July. When the installation crew showed up they had the wrong windows, and a new set had to be ordered, delaying the installation another six weeks.Less than one week after the installation one of the windows literally fell apart, the glass broke, bending the frame. Immediately Will ******* was called and after seeing pictures he promised the window would be replaced free of charge. THIS WAS NOVEMBER 4, 2024!!In February Will ******* made an appointment to replace the window on March 1. No one showed up, no one called. My parents have been calling continuously, being given nothing but excuses, if anyone bothers to answer the call. The few conversations they have resulted in them being told Will ******* is the only one who can do anything about the problem, but he will not take their call nor will he respond to their messages. This is completely unacceptable, especially after they confirmed it was a faulty window that would be replaced. My parents paid more than $10k and yet they are living with a window that is taped together.

      We sincerely apologize for any delays and frustration this situation has caused. After reviewing our records, it appears that the window was damaged approximately a month after installation. As soon as we were notified on November 4, 2024, we immediately ordered a replacement sash. Unfortunately, as with your original window order, the manufacturing process takes approximately 8-12 weeks.The replacement sash arrived at our warehouse after nine weeks and is now ready for installation. We truly regret the extended timeline and any inconvenience this has caused. Please know that we take our warranty commitments seriously, and we are reaching out to schedule the installation as soon as possible.

      We appreciate your patience and the opportunity to make this right. If you have any further concerns, please dont hesitate to contact us directly.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      the windows were installed on October 31, the window broke and was reported on November 4 - certainly not a month.  I want that to be very clear.  

      I had an extremely unprofessional text exchange with Will ******* yesterday afternoon, in which he told me my complaint is comical and he also told me this replacement is extremely low priority.  I later received a call yesterday afternoon from the corporate office, in response to my negative review.  She apologized for the delay, informed me that she is working on finding a crew to do the job and hopes to have one available in the next two weeks.  

      waiting for the window to arrive is not the problem, the appointment made for March 1 to complete the job never happened, no one called to say the crew would not be able to come, nor to reschedule.  The treatment, primarily from Will *******, has made us all very distrusting of the promise to do it soon.  We are hoping this appointment will be made and honored soon.

      *****************************, sales rep came to our house on 08/27/22. He measured & proceeded to write up an Order form / sales agreement and Permit Option form. I signed both & he gave me a copy of them together with a copy of a MSRP based on National Average & a Lifetime Plus Guarantee (both of which mean nothing). He said he did not have any brochures or paperwork on the windows or the financing company. He said "it is in my laptop". I jokingly asked if he planned on leaving the laptop with me. He then wrote the window ***************** company names on a sticky note. He also filled out a credit application on his laptop but again could not give me any paperwork for it.A week or so later, the ** ************************* came to ************** advised that I would hear back from their installation depart to set up an install date. I heard nothing for a few weeks, so I reached out to ***********. Over the course of 3 - 5 days, I left 3 voice messages requesting the status & a return call. I also called *****. He advised ***** was no longer with the ************ would look into it & get back to me the following day. That never happened so a few weeks later I called him again. He apologized & said he would look into it. Again he did not. Finally I called the Orlando office & got transferred to April **** in Fort Myers. She said she would look into it. About a week later she called back to say the windows were ordered. I then got a call from ****** in installation indicating the windows were in & she scheduled a date. She called me 2 weeks later & Canceled that date because the company they were going to use was not in town. The installation was rescheduled & I had to cancel it due to health reasons. I subsequently had 2 adtl back surgeries which caused me to cancel installation again.There were a lot of deceptive, ******************************* by Morgan Exteriors that I am not including in this complaint. I tried to settle w/ them by email they were unreasonable.

      I had windows installed one window separated the company took my window on aug 13 2021 as of today jan 3 2023 still no replacement and no answer when to receive it

      Dear Valued Customer

      We are very sorry that the replacement product is taking so long. However, it is simply untrue that you have not received an answer as to when the replacement product will arrive to our distributor. We have been in touch with you, multiple times since we ordered the replacement product 8/30/22. The product that was delivered in September 2022 was not the correct size. We have been waiting, like you, since then, for the correct product to be delivered. We spoke to you on January 4, 2023 and gave the *** that we were given of 1/26/2023 for delivery. We will most certainly get this issue taken care of once we know we have the correct product in hand.
