  Armorvue was paid in full with two payments and did not complete the job. Mistakes and miscommunication on the part of their employees prompted an additional charge which I refuse to pay. I have reached our several times to Jeff BREMOVED, CEO & President as well as Todd HREMOVEDin Ft. Myers and they don’t have the decency to respond to emails or phone calls. As a retired local business man who has tens of thousands of homes in 5 counties with my roof truss systems on them I am embarrassed for them and how they treat customers. If I ever had an employee who didn’t return phone calls or emails they would be warned once. If it continued they would be stocking grocery shelves somewhere instead of dealing with the public. Their unwillingness to resolve or respond to this situation is a reflection of the character, values and morals of this company and those mentioned above. While I expect nothing to come of this I hope it serves as a warning for those researching this company prior to hiring them. DO NOT PAY IN FULL AS THEY REQUEST. Based on my experience they are not to be trusted. I continue to get weekly emails from Jeff Beck, President and CEO asking me to refer them to friends and family. What a joke. I have 3 more sets of sliders and my windows to replace this spring/summer and I will not waste my time with Armorvue.

  We had a sales representative from armorvue come to our house back in March of 2024. We agreed to his sells pitch that this company was for the customer and would give us guaranteed hurricane windows. We put $2000 down and now its like pulling teeth to get this company to install our windows! REMOVEDwas the sales person. Now we have been notified that Armorvue cant install our windows because of the permits under the city of REMOVEDand FEMA. my husband and had to agree and sign a document in order for the company to get permits to do our installation. Armorvue has not contacted us with any updates. We have to contact them. They are running us around in circles. No one wants to take care of the customer!

  REMOVED, the General Manager, promptly contacted me to rectify any outstanding issues I had from his predecessor regarding my hurricane windows and doors. He is not only the General Manager, but also a part owner; thus, he has a vested interest in serving his customers, well. He has treated me with dignity, respect, and compassion. I have found him to be a man of integrity. He made it his personal commitment to ensure I was satisfied with Armorvue Fort Myers and the products I purchased.

  I have never been so unhappy with a company nor it’s product in my life. I received lie upon lie upon lie from the endless stream of employees and subcontractors. I was not able to ever speak to the same salesperson or manager because none stayed with this firm long enough at the Fort Myers office to contact twice!
  I spent almost $40,000 on hurricane windows and doors for my small, interior condo. The screens won’t latch, so fall out at a slight breeze, the glassed-in room, made from the existing screened porch, is not water tight nor bug and small lizard proof. It is a useless “room”. The installers were supposed to be full-time employees of Armorvue, but were actually subcontractors who were AWFUL, damaging/gouging my walls, begging for no negative comments about their workmanship, taking my doors and windows for their own homes, UNTIDY, UNSKILLED, and forced ill-fitting windows into the window openings!!! Of course, the windows can barely be opened and closed because they were installed in a bind/forced to fit the opening! If you need new windows or doors, RUN from this company and its pack of liars!!
