    We have used this business for our tax and financials since 2023. During ****************************************************************************** 2024 we sent them information they needed to complete our tax/financial items through 9/30/24. During this time period we had withheld payments due to so many mistake on there part as well as we were have financial issues on our part. But over the course of 2024/2025 we made payment with them. I personally met with ***** regarding all issues and every thing was ******* January 2025 I got the feeling something was wrong at the company due to more turn over of employees.I met again with ***** ******* gave him another payment, as well and confirmed with him our book were complete through 6/30/24 and gave him additional documents to finish through 2024. March 2nd we go a email from SW tax that they are cleaning out clients and they demanded a settlement amount by 3/7/25.Which we agreed after several emails, trying to clarify this agreement was through 6/30/24. We settled and clearly wrote on check this was work through 6/30/24. I asked prior to taking checks for both ********************* ****** ****, *************, ***** and ****** ****. They told me that no one was there that could get that for me, but I would have it the following week. As of 3/18/25 we have not received a copy of records for anything pertaining to all charges for 2024. Our New accountant has requested them up to 6/30/2024 (which we agreed upon) and I have sent several request. NOW I get the feeling they never did any work for 2024 but charged us for it, and that is why they were discounting it.We need help reclaiming all work for the above through June 2024.
