I had a membership with Hand And Stone Massage. I decided to cancel it when they took a credit away from my account because their employee did not do their job. Canceling with them was not easy I had asked for the manager Skyler multiple times and every time they would find out it was me they would say she was too busy to talk. Finally after a few days I received a phone call back from Skyler who Was not very friendly but said I would get my account credited with The missing massage and my account canceled. I have tried numerous times to schedule a massage but every time I do they tell me there's nothing available or if I do make an appointment they cancel the same day of the massage. I am asking for the refund of my two massages which are $59.95 each so a total of $119.90Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/06/24) */ I reviewed this complaint with the spa and understand there was some difficulties due to several issues. But we are not a company that wants our customers to not enjoy everything about their interactions with us. We will issue you a refund (check being mailed to your house).
