      Back in November 2022, I purchased a 2022 ******** ******* High Country from Holiday World Rv out of **** *****. On January 29, heavy rain rolled through south Florida. Water began pouring inside the unit (I have photos and videos). On Feb 3, I reached out to Rv one out of Ft. Myers which they agreed to service my unit. They scheduled me for Feb 28 for drop off service. It is now April 11 and when I do get a hold of RV One, they tell me we are waiting for a bay to open. They constantly ignore my phone calls. They only answer when I call from another phone. I constantly tell them I need the unit before May ************************ away. Is there anything we can do? If there is anything, please let reach out as I'm desperate. Thank you so much! -***********************

      Good afternoon,

      Customer Mr. *********************** did make an appointment to have his camper dropped off at the  Fort Myers location. *********** was contacted through text messaging on 3/25/2023. At this point we were, and are still waiting for an available technician to become available, as we are scheduling work 6-8 weeks in advance.

       

      ************ was given the opportunity to pick up his coach and bring it elsewhere for repairs. I can only assume that he is finding the same waiting period at all other locations, because he has not picked up or contacted us that he was planning on doing so.  We are doing the very best to keep up with the demand for service.

      I am rejecting this response because: I find that difficult to believe because I've not received any phone calls or Text messages regarding my Rv (please see the attached photo about the text message from RV ONE). 
      On February 7, 2023, I contacted RV ONE service **** about dropping off my RV unit for repairs. I was greeted by ********************************* (one of the service advisors). I emailed her photos and videos of my unit and areas that needed repair. She scheduled me for a drop-off appointment on February 28, 2023. I arrived at Rv One super center for my scheduled drop-off appointment. I asked the service adviser how long it would take to repair the unit. Their response was, " We'll contact you next week."
      Next week comes around, and I've yet to receive a phone call updating me about my unit. From the timeline of February 28, 2023, to April 13, 2023, I've made a total of 29 calls (not to include phone calls on other phones) to RV One with no response as to the status of my unit (I am ***** to provide phone records). Finally, on Monday, April 10, 2023, at about 4:00 PM, I called RV One, advising them I would pick up my unit this week.
      I scheduled my unit for service at another location for Tuesday, April 18, 2023 ( I can provide confirmation).
