      I was renting a condo with the property manager and in March of last year I had noticed mold on the wall of the master bedroom guest room dining room under the window. I reach out to *** ********************** the property manager.He came by and looked at the areas and said he would have his handyman come and paint over the areas. Which did not fix the problem. January of this year the mold had come back in a vengeance this time he had no choice to send out his assistant to look at the damage. The master bedroom and closet guest room wall over with mold the furniture and clothing dining room living room and the furniture. Finally, he notifies the landlord.The landlord had a company come in and test for the mold and also noted the air conditioner was not working properly. Which he had his handyman replace back in August. The landlord became very nasty with me when I ask for the report regarding the type of mold. I have respiratory issues. The landlord wanted my insurance company to pay to have my furniture moved the mold was on my furniture and clothes. The owner did a constructive eviction. Mr. ********************** arranged for me to move to another condo in the same building until the condo was free of mold. I was not allowed to bring my sofa and love seat to the available condo. So, he and the owner put my couches out in the elements where more damage to them. I did not give them permission to move my belongings. I received a letter from the ********************** stating that they are no longer the property manager for this property, and they gave the security deposit. Back to the owner. I also paid my February rent even though I did not live there. According to the owner the ********************** still has my deposit and will not release it until the owner of the property release me from the lease. The owner did a constative eviction which automatically released me from the lease. The owner said he has the February rent, but ***************************** took his commission. I want my money that is own to me.
