My husband and I hired Black Ops Construction, LLC to pour a driveway extension, parking area, and an area around our lanai, along with other small jobs. We were given an August 1, 2021 start date and an end of August completion date. They did not show up on time (August 16th was the first time they showed up) or didn't show up at all. The only work completed was cement around the lanai, removal of three bushes, and curbing around the house (extremely poor job). The house, fence, small shed, and screen around our pool area was spattered with cement and the grade was incorrect. Debris was left everywhere. The fence was broken in spots. They left without cleaning up. Proper materials were not provided to execute the job. Personal landscaping materials were used after explaining they were off limits. We have reached out to Willie R., owner of Black Ops Construction, several times by phone and email, but have not received any response. We were quoted $11.500.00 for the total job completion. We were told we had to pay half of the amount up front, which we did ( $5,750.00 ). After several attempts at allowing Black Ops Construction to rectify the situation, and not receiving any response, we are left to replace fence, screening, curbing, and damaged landscape materials, cleaning up the mess left, and have had to endure sleepless nights with undue stress. We are asking a full refund of the amount paid, $5,750.00. We have many more pictures if needed.
