      "Just like other reviews I went in for a routine eye exam and was also given an additional test for dry eye which I don't have. Of course they weren't transparent about additional testing and cost that my insurance won't pay for and I didn't ask nor authorize this test."

      "Highly dessapointed on my experience with Dr. Goyle, I had an appointment at 10:30 and waited almost 2 hours to see him, when he came in the room he asked me if I was ok and I said I am very frustrated to what he reply you should go somewhere else because you don't seem to appreciate the work we do for you here, needless to say I was shocked and replied "ok" he continue to be rude and said I would be doing them a favor by not coming back and by the way you should find another doctor soon because your tests didn't come out too good and they will need to adjust your meds." ...
