    Inside coating is flaking off. Probably NOT safe to drink out of now. Had it for approximately 6 months. Would not recommend.

    I would score less if it were an option. I ordered 2 cupsopened the package and inspected the first bottle. When I set it on the counter, it wobbled. Flipped it upside down and noticed dents and scratches. Strange since it came wrapped in bubble wrap and boxed. Opened the second bottle and experienced the same thing. Immediately went to the website to look for return instructions. I was told to send pics of the bottles. "It looks like the bottles have a very minor dent and are still fully usable. If you prefer, we can offer you a 10% discount code for your next purchase as a token of apology."I will not be reordering. EVER.

    Waited 2 months for said pre-order. 15 days after said shipmate I look and see hasn't shipped yet. Sent email get this response: We truly apologize for the delay, We had part of our shipment delayed. The next part of our shipment is to arrive towards the end of this month. I apologize for this inconvenience. You have the option to keep your order on hold or we can cancel and refund your order. If you do keep your order on hold we were planning to throw in a free gift to those who waiting because of this inconvenience. Please let me know how you would like to proceed and I will do my best to help To which I advise: END OF MONTH!?I have been patiently waiting and will continue to wait for my order (what's another month right...?) and understand that there may be delays. However, I believe that proactive customer service is essential in building trust with clients. If I had been informed about the delay 2-3 weeks ago, I could have made alternative arrangements or considered other available options that were available from yall. This may of cost the sale of another product or future ordering altogether. I hope that my feedback doesnt fall on deaf ears and will be taken seriously and that management will consider implementing changes to improve customer service.Unfortunately, I have witnessed several businesses fail due to seemingly minor issues like this, as they erode trust with their clientele.I look forward to receiving a response from your escalation or supervising ******* this so far...no response...highly unsatisfied...was hoping to have this as a gift for veterans day and now I'll be lucky if I get it before christmas.

    I purchased a cooler a year ago and used it about 20 times. The zipper broke and I emailed them to get a refund or replacement. This was their email to me. We're so sorry to hear about your experience. Unfortunately, your warranty only covers your product against manufacturer defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, theft, and accidental damage.However if you'd wish to purchase the replacement you may visit our website coldest.com.Using a cooler 20 times is not normal wear and tear. If you read other reviews people have the same issue and Coldest refuses to do anything about it. This is wrong. Go someplace else to buy a more superior cooler.

    Ordered a bottle from them and sent an email asking if I could add an item without canceling the entire order. They replied and said no they cannot and put my order on hold in case I wanted to cancel. I immediately replied and said "don't put it on hold!!! Please ship it ASAP!".I got no response so I emailed them again 2 days later asking if the hold was taken off and when it would be shipped. She replied and told me "The order is currently awaiting shipment and will be out for delivery shortly. It usually takes us 3-5 business days to get this delivered to you."I said ok 3 days later (5 days after purchase) I emailed again asking if my order has been shipped.I got the same exact reply that I quoted before, awaiting shipment, 3-5 days to be delivered. I accepted that and gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking it was just a small delay and maybe I was just being impatient. So I waited..4 days later (9 days after purchase) I emailed again asking if it was shipped yet as it was supposably to be delivered in 5 days max..This was their response:"We are currently out of stock for Polished Graphite. Can we confirm if you want to cancel the order"I was now unhappy and replied explaining how upset I was and why I was that way as they lied to me over and over about my order. After multiple emails they finally responded..Their response was:"Due to high volume of order, the color went out of stock fast and this is the reason why your order was not shipped."I replied:"Then why was I told that it was "awaiting shipment and would be out for delivery shortly"?If it wasn't even known if it was in stock at that time I shouldn't have been told it was just waiting to be shipped out..And today, 9 days later, was the first you found out that this color was out of stock!? You said before it's only 3-5 days for it to be Delivered..."They closed my support ticket after that with no further communication. It's sad how disrespectful this company is.

    This company is actually ridiculous. They have the worst customer care ever no product no money back and all they do is keep showing product and can’t even get peoples product that they have already ordered and then when people get their stuff it’s either Scratched up or dented Now I see that they are resting on the inside….. Whatever you do do not join their VIP group they are nothing but bully’s I had to report them on Facebook because they will even private message you……

    I have nothing but GREAT things to say about this company. The product does exactly what it is supposed to plus more. Same price as competitors yet has more to offer. 3 different lids, 36+hours cold (does hot too) and 100% leak proof. Even comes with its own straw topper (coldie term = bunker) that locks in place. **************** is great. They have a vip group where the owners *** and ***** are very active and interact every day. Answer questions and look into issues. Plus new colors/designs every week!!! Grab the one you like while you can because they go quick. I LOVE MY COLDEST BOTTLES!!!!

    Wife ordered over several hindered of dollars and they sent both orders with accessories from 2 separate orders and they claim the order was routed out but the order was lost customer service does not respond several hundred dollars lost

    Bought one and paid nearly $90 for it. The straw cracked and chat will only send me to a page to buy 5-pack thats never in stock. Would not recommend.

    It's the worst company ever. First off, customer service is irritable. Secondly, they always have an excuse for why the product is stuck in the shipping process, blaming the carrier when, in fact, it's them, because it happens every single time and last but not least IMPORTANT is that they are so CHEAP on labor it's disgusting. Suppose they coat their bottles with a single layer of paint that's saying A LOT. You barely rub the bottle with a door or a chair, and there goes the "paint" your bottle had. It's so cheap you can see how thin the coating is. It's terrible. No wonder YETI BOTTLES has this joke of a company beat by light-years. It should just close and stop selling people subpar products.
