    This office was listed as and LITC from the *** to call if someone needed tax help. I called, was on hold for 10 minutes, to have a woman answer the phone with, "Hello?!" I should have known to hang up then. I informed her how I got the information to call, she cut me off shouting, "No no! I can't help you!" I asked if they help people with taxes, thinking maybe I called the wrong number, she cut me off saying, "Yes, but I can't help you!" Keep in mind, I did not tell her my situation, nor did she ask about the situation, so how does she know if she can or cannot help me? I don't know about the other offices, but the *************** is TERRIBLE.
