    I was forced to purchase additional items if I wanted to purchase the vehicle that I wanted on November 21,2023.unhanded sale tactics. I had to purchase the two following items in order to buy the vehicle. Perma plate and Titanium Plus. The Titianium plus was not explained or an explanation for the service. I don't live in the area 120 miles from the dealer and these additional services are only good at the dealership. I was told if I didn't agree to the additional items I couldn't buy the car from them. I scheduled a service for the vehicle to have the window tint replaced. The day that I drove down for my scheduled appointment. The service advisor sent me a message stating that the machine used to remove the tint was broken and I would have to reschedule. I explained to him that I just drove 120 miles and the appointment was scheduled prior to me driving . He just said call me and I will let hom know when I was in the area again to see if they could complete the job. This was part of the Infiniti for Life Package that you had to paid for.

    We have cancelled the titanium package but the *********** is not a cancellable item since its a hard applied item. The Titianium Package will be refunded to the original Financial institution.

    So today I lost my keys. So I went there to get the keys replaced. I agreed to get my car fixed . During the beggining I got a call from some locksmith that he would come do it for less. I tried to cancel and they told me I was already committed and I spoke to a manager ***** who was very rude he proceeded to bully me into going forward . Also when it was all said and done he said (at the beggining it was 580$ ) then he said at the end there was a glitch and it was 480$. This is bad bussiness. Then at the end ***** stood over me while I could my money and proceeded to gaurd his employee. I bought this car from them and I sure am not going to leave with out paying. I have tattoos on my face and Im younger. So he automatically made an assumption that I would walk out with out paying. When I bought the car I contacted the Infiniti dealership about trading In the car because it was too high of a payment and I couldnt afford it anymore but I was directed around and around until I ended up refinancing with out the help of them. I understand theres a lack of communication there and I understand theres not much you can do for poor management but for them to treat any one like this is not good business. The way they told me I could not cancel like I signed a contract was wrong. I came there and did not sign a contract . I did not want the service . They pushed me into this and I feel like people should be aware of this treatment .

    The customer came in and discussed the miscommunication regarding the key replacement.  We resolved the key replacement issue and the customer has been satisfied.
