    It's been more than two months after signing a contract on 9/29/24 to sell a vacant lot in Cape Coral with the expectation that closing will take place within one month. After several phone call, all we hear is that they are waiting for permits and other excuses (hurricane related delays). I had other offers which I rejected because of the contract with B&G Holding. AT this point, I think the sale won't happen because of them.

    I was very skeptical about selling a lot without knowing the players but B&G was thoroughly professional. *********************** was very helpful and kept me informed throughout the process. The title company was easy to work with. All in all, a very good experience.
