  Christopher Alan Homes only looks good on the inside and outside but uses cheap labor, materials, and appliances to let buyers believe they are getting their money's worth. I told the company about my AC draining water from the day we signed and did the walk-through that the catch panel was short. He let the warranty run out, and I still have the problem. The company is unreliable and they are ripping off family who save their money to build a better home for their family. My house is not even two years and I had all these issues before I made it to one year. Is it okay for builders to be unprofessional and disrespectful to families who purchase homes from their company? Please take a respectful look at the way you dealt with customers and think about your loving family that you used to sell your homes. Would you want your family to be cheated out of their dreams of buying a home?

  The walk-through on the home was conducted with the homeowner on 7/29/2022 - nothing was noted about the A/C on the punch-list, which was signed by the homeowner.  A/C concerns were submitted on 8/30/2022, but Christopher Alan Homes has not received contact from the homeowner since then.  Because the homeowner is still covered under the mechanical warranty that came with the home (good through 8/30/2024), we will contact them immediately to schedule an inspection of their concerns with the HVAC.

  Christopher Alan Homes has no consideration for neighbors they build a house next door put well on same side ours is when all wells are on the opposite side drill well and my well fills with sand and mud right away causing $2000.00 for well called office numerous times told someone would contact us. But guess what no one calls. So it cost us $2000.00 for them to build next door. Also ask building manager to have them put hay bales to stop mud run off was told ok but nothing ever happened they think they can act they way they want and it is reflected in there poor workmen ship they should be held accountable for their actions!!!!!!!

  This has been the worst home build I have experienced. Sloppy paint, drywall, uneven tile, cracked/missing caulk, cracked tile, known 'design flaws' acknowledged by builder yet u willing to fix ie. top of front exterior door hits exterior eave when opened, cupboard doors hit wall trim when opened, closet doors must be closed in order to access closets, etc. paint drips and texture over spray on outlets, interior doors, light switches, windows, sills & trim, hinges etc., water treatment system still an unresolved issue, CAH warranty and water treatment contractor both ceased responding. exterior doo and interior garage door hung improperly to point daylight shows through gaps. Trim below windows is pieced together with visible seems. The water treatment system is biggest issue. Paid out of pocket and nothing but ongoing issue. Request to warranty it be removed and money returned so i could pay for reputable company to install one properly, no response from warranty. Takes multiple calls, emails and follow to get warranty to simply respond.

  My experience with Christopher ***** Homes was absolutely horrific. I purchased a home and did my original walkthrough and the super that was over the project made promises for Punch-Out items that would have took one day to complete everything to it's been now 3 months since I've lived in my home and have now had to turn in my punch out list items to the warranty department to try to get the items addressed and dealing with the warranty department has drug on because nobody followed up to see if the issues was ever addressed and just assumed that they was and the only way that it's finally being addressed is because I reached out again to the warranty department to see what was going on and apparently I have just slipped through the cracks like I have on this entire process dealing with c a h. For example I had some exterior stucco that needed touched up it took the stucco guy coming out five times to finally fix all areas that I had clearly circled with blue tape and then once the stucco guy finally got done it took the painters for trips to paint the areas that need to address so two months after closing my exterior finally got finished and I am still battling to have the few items within the interior of my home address and I am going on my fourth mortgage payment. Overall the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a builder.
