      I had a gym membership with around the clock until they all got bought out by crunch fitness. So I went to crunch fitness to figure out how to transfer my membership and just signed me up with crunch so now Im paying them. I need to cancel my recurring auto payments from anytime since they no longer exist.. the most recent charge was charged 11/09/24 for $31.95. There is no where for me to contact anyone about this. I need my membership canceled and to stop being charged by a business thats no longer functioning.

      My debit card had to be replaced it was received a few days after dues post.Unable to get through on phone or to visit due to work and family.Around June 3 I visited club and filed new card info.Found I was charged a late fee and billed for two months. Was assured the late fee would be removed and that I was paid for two months. Despite repeated contacts late fee not removed.Terrible customer care.

      This member has submitted the same complaint at least 4 times. We will reply to this one only. The member has been refunded for the $12.50 service fee. Additionally, there was an error and dues were collected twice. Therefore a total refund of $44.44 ($31.94 +  $12.50) was refunded to the **** on file. Please consider this complaint closed.
