    Company asked to see a diagnostic print out. I paid dealership 200$ they told me I need a value body replacement dealer told me $5k to fix, i found ECU MAVERICK via online they gave me a solution to fix my issues 1500$ 2day shipping $1k for up to 10day shipping. So I paid 1595$ then paid 200$ to ship OEM TCM to them then received refurbished part, installed the part still didn't work so i towed to dealership paid another *************************************** it's the tcm on value body still not working. I reached out to ECU MAVERICK they told me to send back to them so I paid 25$ to ship to them they they charged me 99$ to bench test w/ return shipping. So I got replacement reinstalled part still didn't work so i towed back to dealership &once again they told me it's the same thing TCM isn't communicating &I need to replace value body which has a TCM integrated on it. I reached back out to ECU maverick to return part & this is when they started giving me a hard time talking to me crazy when I'm the customer so I went ahead & purchased a brand new value body/*** from ****.

    Contacted company via text as recommended on their site. Explained the problem I was having with my bobcat skid steer computer. Was told they could fix it. I mailed two computers from two identical machines having the identical problem. They said they fixed one, charged me and sent it back. Once received it was having the exact same issue(error code). When I contacted them with the issue, I was told they only repair the actual hardware and that they do not offer any programing yet on their site they clearly say they do. I've asked them about this and suddenly they've gone silent. It's been over two weeks. They still have one engine computer and the one they've sent back is in the same condition as when I sent it to them. I would like my other computer returned to me and my money refunded.

    You agreed to our terms and conditions, which clearly
    state at the top in simple language that all services are
    non-refundable and we do not guarantee they will solve the problem.

    Im unclear why youve sent a link to a completely different service and
    product. The listing pertains to a Bosch-made computer, while you have a
    Delphi-made computer. These parts and their associated programming
    services are distinct, which is why they have different prices and
    requirements. We do program many ECUs, but not all. Bobcat ECUs, for
    example, vary and may require different programming software that we may
    or may not support. Our testing services are typically available only
    for popular vehicles such as BMWs, Mercedes, and Audis, while tractors
    and loaders are less common and not currently financially viable for us
    to develop support for.

    Additionally, we are closed for a month due to our relocation and ongoing renovations, which may cause delays in our responses.

    Furthermore, you accepted our terms and conditions on Wed Jul 03 2024 at 09:55:58 GMT-0700 (Pacific Daylight Time).
    Once you agree to our terms and conditions, you are obligated to adhere to them.


    According to these terms, electrical repairs are not guaranteed to resolve the issue; we only
    install new hardware components. For your specific job, this is the
    extent of our service. Since you did not label and mark each ECU, we
    could not identify the problematic cylinder and ended up replacing more
    components than necessary. If you are still experiencing issues, please
    have the problem diagnosed by a professional repair shop and provide us
    with a detailed report of the diagnosis performed both before and after
    the ECU repairs and new IC installations.

    First of all, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience that *** have been caused.

    In this response, I am going to take my time to state the facts, and share our side of the story.

    You shipped your Kubota ECU to us for a repair service. Repairs take 2-5 business days. Due to the ongoing chip shortage and instead of having you wait, we have programmed our rental unit and shipped it to you, so that you could have your tractor back running while your old ECU was being repaired. You received our rental unit on May 24th, **** **********************.


    You *** have forgotten, we have informed you over the phone that the P0605 was a hard code and you have to clear it with a special Kubota scan tool, otherwise it would not work and you would have the same problem as your old one.
    You said you did not have a scan tool to clear it, and you claimed our rental computer was also faulty. After we received our rental unit back from you, we made a video recording, which shows our computer is a good rental unit, we had it tested after you returned it on one of our customer's Kubota tractors and we can provide this video recording evidence.

    We sent you a prepaid return label to ship our rental unit back to us, and after we received it, we have returned your faulty computer back to you. We did not proceed with repairing your unit for 2 reasons.

    The first reason is because you do not have a special Kubota scan tool to clear the code, even if we did fix it, you would have the same problem as you did with our rental unit. We recommended you call Kubota dealer to come out and do it, but you refused.

    The second reason is that our payment processing company flagged your order as fraudulent. We have refunded your payment in full and have sent back your faulty computer back to you, refund was sent on June 14th, and your part was delivered back to you via **** on June 20th, tracking **********************.

    You are also making a false claim, nobody has looked into your credit history. To run a credit check, it requires to have your Social Security Number and the date of birth, which we don't have.
    You also made a false claim that you have not received your refund as of June 15th. Your refund was sent on June 14th at 11:58AM.

    I sent my *** ***, Cas, and keys, to ECU Maverick, owner ***********************, to be repaired and returned. First time, was not repaired and was told to send back, he said need a new cas and key programmed which I was charged also for that. Got it back and same problem as the first time, he said send it back again. He said now the *** was bad. He would never respond after weeks of trying to reach him after he said I now need a new ***. 8 months of back and forth and when he finally responded, I just said return all my parts, I will find someone else to do the repairs. 8 months, and over $1,000 spent already with no fix, when he advertise fix and repair, but nothing was repaired or fix. He said ok, sent the parts **** and never came. Called **** they research and determine the parts are lost and to file a claim, so thats what I did, the claim I filed was for $1,800 to replace and program all the parts lost. I contact **** at ECU Maverick about this and was very uncooroperative, and *** try to reach to him also to finish the claim I filed because he was the sender. All he said was he was too busy and had other things going on to be worried about my lost package and said he will get to it. ***** later he said he contact them finally. I went in person to *** to find out about the claim, and they gave me a direct number to *** in ***************, **, so I called and was Informed by 2 *** personal the claim was already send to *********************** for $1,800 and he is the one that needs to send me the claim money because he was the sender thats why they sent to him. I ask **** about this and he says he did not get anything from *** and sends a nasty email to me and says Im stupid. Ok I don't think *** personal, 2 of them to be exact is going to lie. ******************** at ECU Maverick needs to send me the $1,800 *** paid to him for the parts that are mine and were lost, he has no right to that money and I filed the claim when he cared less to do anything.
