    Mr. M*** presented himself as a licensed contractor and designer. He used stolen professional engineering credentials to produce design plans, including a fraudulent seal and title block bearing the name of a legitimate engineer—whom I later contacted and confirmed had no knowledge of the project. This impersonation is not only unethical but illegal, and it has caused significant harm to me and my family. I hired Mr. M*** to construct an outdoor pergola at my residence in Cape Coral, Florida. The structure he built is not to code, encroaches into the rear setback, and was completed without proper permits. After receiving over $30,000 in payments, Mr. M*** abandoned the project, leaving me to face the consequences with the City of Cape Coral. I am now entangled in a zoning violation and must resolve a work-without-permit issue that has halted progress and exposed me to further penalties. In addition to the defective and unauthorized construction, Mr. M*** failed to pay Ready Mix Concrete Company, the supplier for the foundation materials. As a result, I now have a lien on my property in the amount of $5,700. This financial burden compounds the emotional and logistical stress caused by Mr. M***’s actions. After the fact, I discovered that Mr. M*** has a troubling history of similar misconduct. A simple online search for “George Mora Cape Coral” reveals numerous complaints from other victims. These include allegations of impersonating licensed professionals, abandoning projects, and defrauding homeowners. Despite this pattern of behavior, Mr. M*** continues to operate freely, posing a danger to unsuspecting residents and professionals in our community. My goal is not only to seek justice for my family but to prevent further harm to others in our community. George M***’s actions have caused significant emotional, financial, and legal damage. It is time for him to face the consequences of his misconduct. Be carefull con artist know number begins with 239-898-11

    This company is a fraud. They have stolen thousands if not hundreds of thousands of dollars and the cops still haven't done anything to catch this individual, ****** ****. I do not recommend any type of business with this company. I myself have lost $5200 on fake engineer plans that were never sealed by the actual licensed engineer listed in the plans. I called the engineer myself to verify this information. I immediately filed a police report. Its unbelievable!

    we have heard from them they have signed and sealed drawing by the licensed engineer 


    and still call him a fraud the have insulted the engineer as well as everyone and treathen everyone we are the design company that did the drawing and our engineer reviews and signs and seal with an electronic signature that can not be touched he has resent them the drawings and still they due this they have done work without permits and after the fact  we provide them drawings and still they do this please if needed we will provide you with the drawing and the engineer info who has been insulted and called a fraud.
