            We purchased a Frigidaire range from Jessup's Appliance in Jan. 2020 with a 5 year extended warranty. The warranty service is provided by Customer Care Service Inc. (Ph: XXX-XXX-XXXX) based of of Fort Myers. The oven started shutting off when I would open the door using temps at 400+. The first technician (Alex) came and replaced the thermostat and control board on 7/28/21. I went to use the oven the next evening and it wouldn't heat above 166. Called for service and was expecting a tech on 8/11; waited all day - nothing. I called at 5:00; they had the service scheduled for 8/16. We were not told of the change. On 8/16 a tech (Steve-who was very knowledgeable) showed up and determined the control board previously installed was defective. Another part had to be ordered. On 9/8 Steve was back to service the oven; another bad part. 9/22 called again; part expected on 9/29. Today is 10/1 and I still can't use of my oven.

            Never experienced anything like this. Lowes sent this repair company to my home to repair my microwave in Nov 2022. To date the microwave still is not repaired (4/2023). Each time I called they stated the parts were not in yet. I asked is this long period of time normal and they stated yes. I could not believe that so I called Lowes to report them and come to find out the appliance service closed out the tix stating it was repaired and got paid for it. RUNNNNNNN far from these crooks and DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!!
