            I purchased airline tickets for a vacation to ****** through this business for dates 3/30/23 thru 4/3/23. My flight home on 4/3/23 was cancelled with no notice on 4/3/23 by AeroMexico. I spoke with AeroMexico, and was told it was due to 3rd party travel agencies failure to something correctly. When i spoke to travel agent from Cheap Vuelos, he indicated the flight was over booked, that was why my tickets were cancelled. I purchasef the tickets with the understanding that i buying secured seats in the plane. I was promised assigned seats with my daughters that were flying with me. The travel agency indicated i would be refunded my full amount of ticket cost which was ****** from AeroMexico and ****** from Cheap Vuelos. I have not received any information regarding this refund. I had to purchase airline tickets through ****** Airlines at a cost of ****** in order to get myself and my daughters back in the US.
