First- the noise in the grill can not be cause by a mechanic cleaning the ac system. The two things are very separate. Next- its unfair to claim ************ is lying because we could not get the noise to repeat itself in front of **. We have serviced this home before and always responded to the customer with competent NATE certified mechanics but apparently this noise in a ceiling grill bothered this customer enough to slander our company name because hes upset. Im sorry he had an issue but his attack of our reputation is unwarranted. I wish him well but I guess you cant make everyone happy.
