            On 06/12/21 I made a boat rental reservation for Bay Breeze Boat Rental. The reservation was for 06/13/21, and was made through their website. When the boat rental was over, they charged for me for the gas I used, and I added on a tip. Instead of adding the gas and tip to the amount I was already charged ($309.38), they charged me the rental fee again, plus the gas and tip ($410.12). I saw both charges on my credit card a couple weeks later and called the company. The worker I spoke to said he has no record of the $309.38, only the $410.12. I know he received the money for the original boat rental fee. He says he can't issue a refund for a transaction he doesn't have, but according to my credit card statement, the money went to Bay Breeze Boat Rental. I would like a refund of the $309.38. The worker I spoke to also made a point to let me know that if I called my bank and reported the $410.12 as fraud, he'd be calling me because we'd have a problem.
