I purchased items from this stores website, but when I received the products, the quality was very poor and not as described. I requested to return the products and get a refund. They agreed to receive the returned items, and I sent them back. According to the tracking information, they have received the products, but then they intentionally ignored my emails and refused to refund my money.I filed a complaint with ******, but the seller closed my case saying it was over 30 days and ****** did not resolve the issue and did not give me a chance to continue complaining - essentially letting this scammer off the hook. The seller was advised that I've been without a phone for quite sometime now and that I removed all the missing old parts from my damaged screen and installed them into all the missing parts slots on the new screen. I should not have had to do this. Sellers response did not address the situation they put me in. They never responded on how to make the return now that my old parts are attached to the new screen and secondly my phone has been down for weeks untill of recent. Seller also refuses to provide pre paid postage for return. This whole situation is there fault. They advertised an item and did not provide it.Customer Answer

My issue concerns an RMA #******R - Return Tracking #**** 1150 3374 5100 8562 21.I returned a defective product meeting all return criteria and was informed I should expect a refund. I kept the company up to date with shipping and once they received the package they stopped communicating with me. I have no refund and it's been over two weeks. They received my return on April 15, 2025. And stated refunds are processed within ***** hours of receipt. The address you provided to us was for a company called "*******************" which is a freight forwarded, and which is why the tracking shows "handed to agent".
There was an oversight with the shipping method, and we promptly issued a refund for the shipping fee price difference. The package was delivered to the freight forwarder address provided, additionally you submitted two separate chargebacks in an attempt to get a refund for the delivered item. Since a chargeback was opened, there is nothing we can do but process the dispute with your bank

I am rejecting this response because: I sent this package to my office, not a freight forwarder. Also you never refunded the SHIPPING COST, you only refunded the TAXES since I HAVE A TAX EXEMPT CERTIFICATE.You also ship this package with the wrong carrier and created this issue. Once the tracking status shows as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels. We also never received a tax exempt certificate.
In any event, the current status of the order is that you disputed it with your bank as a chargeback, so we have to go through the dispute process with them

I ordered an iPhone 14 pro max screen replacement for my iPhone of $104, I received it and upon inspection I found that there was a tear on the ribbon and notified them on march 21st. I took pictures of the tear and sent the package back via ***** In which they confirmed they shall replace the item on April 2nd. Ever since then they have ignored 4 of my emails, all my phone calls (around 20) and text messages. I am rejecting this response because originally I was asking for a replacement item, only once they did not respond to my messages emails and calls did I decide to protect myself and contact my financial institution for assistance because the business would not respond. Once I filed the report with my bank and BBB, RpUSA have made a accusation that they couldnt refund due to the initiation with a request for refund from my bank.The timeline in which they saying they couldnt refund me is 3-5 weeks after I tried countless times contacting them. This shows that the company are only not responding due to my escalation, and that they were not going to refund me unless I took further steps like so. I have provided proof of messages and calls sent to RPUSA, and they have not shown any on their part of an attempt of reconciliation.

I ordered a screen for my Note 20 Ultra. I installed and the fingerprint censor did not work. After attempting to call over 20 times and emailing, I reached out to ****** in order for them to help me contact the seller. After denying I ever tried to contact them, I sent over proof, and then they emailed me with an address to send the product back. Seller will not take responsibility for shipping costs, due to the fact that the screen was installed. However, that is redundant, because I cannot confirm full functionality of the product if it is not installed. That clause is also not stated anywhere on the seller's website. I have uninstalled the product and no damage has been incurred. The seller should be responsible for shipping the product back due to the lack of information provided about the screen and its functionality.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because the seller did not provide accurate details as to the functionality of the screen provided. It was described as a full replacement, but lacked features present in the original screen. I did not submit a charge back. I used ****** to pay for the transaction and when the seller didn't respond, after many attempts, I contacted ****** for assistance. The seller did not advertise the screen as aftermarket and also does not state the features would not work with it. For these reasons, the seller should be responsible for return shipping. Once I receive a label I will send the product back.

I purchased a product from RepairPartsUSA.com, which arrived defective. Seeking a resolution, I attempted to initiate a return to receive a working replacement. Due to time constraints and the need for the part, I placed a second order while navigating their return process, with the goal of being made whole with a functioning product.During this process, I informed the company that I may utilize my **** cardholder protections if necessary, which include extended warranty and purchase protection benefits. I am rejecting this response because:The refund that this business is referring to was for the subsequent order in which I ordered a second product because they refused to replace the defective product on the first order. Which hasnt been refunded or replaced whatsoever instead copy a lobster. He told me they were going to keep my contact information for fraud investigation of this business is being operated out of a storage unit and nobody answers the telephone. I believe this business to be a front or scam. The only resolution I see is to be refunded for the initial purchase in which they have not done so.

Order placed Jan 6, 2025 in the evening. They advertise same day or next shipping. I did not hear anything from them. I called on Jan 9, and was sent to voicemail. I sent my first follow up email on Jan 10, just asking if they had shipped and if they could send me tracking. They replied to that, saying that "I should have received an email that the part was on backorder and will be shipped that night" (the 10th). I had never received the email they claimed to have sent. I emailed again the 11th since I had not received notification that it had shipped.On Jan 14, I followed up again, asking for a refund since they had not communicated anything with me, and I had waited so long (with no phone) despite their "same day shipping" claim. I didn't hear anything from them. I got an automated "shipped" notification on Jan 16th.When the product arrived, it definitely did not pass the phrase they use in their marketing on their website. This is very obviously a knockoff product, low quality, and doesn't even fit the phone it was made for. I've attached photos of the bottom frame not even lining up, and the text not fitting on the top of the screen. The framerate looks to be that of an old video game system.They claim to have the highest quality replacement parts, but this "premium" (as they call it) screen isn't even passable as normal quality. I think they should remove any branding claiming to have "the highest quality replacement parts". They should also remove the phrase "same day shipping"; a simple ****** search will reveal that this isn't the first time shipping has been inexplicably delayed.Business Response
