I have been a small web developer and domainer for over 10 years and have never in my life encountered a company as unprofessional, disrespectful and outright criminal as this company. Moniker.com believes they are somehow immune to Icann regulations and do not have to adhere to the *** governing registrars set in place for the protection of consumers regarding domain expirations, deletions and transfers. On May 27 I contacted the moniker support team after noticing 4 domains that I own for many years were expired, deleted and sent to auction without ANY prior email notifications or warnings whatsoever except for a deletion notice after the deed was done and the domains sold off at GoDaddy auctions, I depend on these legally required email notices to keep track of my various domain registrations across a number of registrars. After reaching out to the moniker support and calling numerous times their support teams were rude, condescending and incompetent, not one agent was even aware of ANY regulation or protocol concerning required domain expiration and notices, I was shocked to have to educate "support agents" who are working at a registrar about Icann law considering this is supposed to be theyre profession and expertise. I was repeatedly blamed for not renewing in time even after they admitted it was "weird" that they indeed did not send out any expiration notices and they were sending domains to auctions 2 weeks early not to mention they are denying transfers prior to expiration code status changes, which is an outright violation of Icann regulation on its own. At this point, I feel this was a targeted move by a staff member or the company themselves to steal multiple valuable domains and auction them off under my nose. I have requested the domains either be returned or that I will be compensated for the total amount of the auctioned sale of said domains yet again the company has made 0 attempt to correct things only stalling hoping I go away.

5 domains that had ownership transferred to a Moniker.com customer many years ago have not had the whois information changes despite many requests over the years and in violation or ICANN regulations. Moniker will not take any definitive steps to force the domain owner to change this information, only "asks" them, which gets no response.

The whois information of the domains has been updated in the meantime. This issue should be resolved.

I am rejecting this response because:

With whois privacy activated on the domains, I can not verify the claim that the records have been corrected.  Moniker.com has proven to be completely unreliable for the many years I have tried to get this issue resolved. I will need some type of proof that whois shows the correction before accepting this as resolved.

      Sincerely,
