This package was sold as complete cruise for 7 days interior state room. When activated, they sent a certificate that required $150 deposit from another travel company and they would call back. After speaking to their travel representative, the cruise was going to post at $1300 more for the same room. The second company said they would issue refund for the $150, but I needed to work with Royal Island Cruiseline to get a refund from the $399.00Initial Complaint

I spent over USD3000 total and bought a 10-day vacation for three of my family members from Royal seas and my ***** issue with my cancer and Covid hit before we were to go so they extended it to the end of June 2023, under my extra payment. But during June I called many times and left voice messages, and sent emails to book the trip, but there is no any response from them. I want to book or refund my payment. I bought a 10 day vacation from Royal seas and Covid hit a month before we were to go so they extended it to April 2023. In February I called to book the trip and I got a message to contact them through email due to no one taking calls. I emailed 3 different times. I went online and tried to book it and it wouldnt accept my info I had gotten to book the trip. I called another number I had who worked with Royal seas and they stated the company went out of business. I spent over $2500 for 2 people for this vacation and want to know if there is anything I can do to get a refund. I got Covid long last year so we couldnt use it last year. I received a call a few years ago about a cruise package that I had "won" -for lack of a better term. I decided to pay the fees, taxes, etc. + some upgrades for what sounded like a great deal. They were very nice. Then, the ***** pandemic shut everything down and I received another call back after some previous correspondence. They offered me a 3 year extension and a few other upgrades, which I paid for as well. I was told that I would receive a confirmation email and to login in with my reservation number ******* and the last four of my credit card. I have tried to login and contact them over the past year or so and can not manage to even get hold of anyone to schedule the vacations that I paid for.
