I called carlux on Monday January 20th about a vehicle they had listed on carfax for $12,352.******* told me that they had just gotten it in and it was coming from inspection. I asked if she was sure that was the price. She said that's what's listed. I said okay I want it. I'll fly down on Wednesday to check it out. If everything goes well I'm driving it off the lot. she says "okay do you have financing?"I said I'm just going to get a loan with my bank. I have pretty okay credit. She says "well we offer financing here. "Whatever the apr at your bank we'll try to beat it here and you'll get $1000 down payment assistance" and she also said another $1000 incentive for something else. I said okay then everything you said send it to me in an email or text message I need everything documented. she said okay. I get a text from ******* to set up an appointment. On 01/21/2025 I get a call from a male who was trying to figure out which car I was speaking of. I told him the mustang that was listed for twelve thousand three-hundred and fifty something. He said he couldn't find it. I told him the lady I spoke with the day prior found it and said it was coming from inspection. I told him I wanted to make sure that was the price before I move forward. If it changed so would I. I asked If $1500 was enough of a down payment because that's all I had to put down. He said he'd speak with his finance department to see. I told him I had pretty okay credit so financing shouldn't be a problem. Fortunately I got called to a job and wouldn't be able to fly to Ft. Lauderdale and asked how much I could get done through wire. He said he would check with the finance department. Just fill out the application and send him my drivers license. Under the false pretense that the vehicle would be $12352 I filled out the application which required my ssn and I sent them a photo of my drivers license. They ran regular and hard checks on my credit and told me after the price was $15426.

I purchased a vehicle a **** escape 2016 from Carlux on February 2nd. I spent $1,500 down finance through *********** under my pre-approval. The car tag price was over $16,000. I pay a total amount of $426.00 a month to ***********. Two days after purchasing his vehicle the check engine light came on I drove to the dealership they advised me when I arrived after waiting an hour for them to open to take it to their mechanic shop. Once I got there I had to also wait another hour for the mechanic to show up however I spent a total love 6 hours waiting on the car to be serviced and the issue to be resolved. It turned out it was the O2 sensor which of course had to be bad before I purchased a vehicle. After leaving the check engine light came back on the following day. I took the car to the dealership with keys in hand and told them I no longer wanted the vehicle I needed something else or I wanted my money back because the car is presenting mechanical issues. The sales manager ******* advised me to car can be fixed it more than likely is something minor. He advised me to take it back to the mechanic shop to allow them to put the computer on it and see what the issue is now. I did that at this point I've already lost a days of work. The reason I went to purchase a vehicle is because the car I had which was a ****** Murano 2009 transmission failed I was in desperate need of purchasing a car I went through the proper channels doing my pre-approval I research and I found Carlux. After taking a car to mechanic the second time The mechanic advised me that an issue appeared to be a problem with the computer He attempted to flush out the exhaust and do a couple things to try to get the computer to reset. I've taken the car back notified *********** of the issues with no resolution or help from anyone. I found out I don't qualify for the lemon law because of the age of the vehicle. And the dealership refused to provide me the general sales manager a refund or a traded vehicle.

I am writing to address a serious issue that has arisen following my recent purchase of a ******** E350 from your dealership for $46,000. Shortly after acquiring the vehicle, it became apparent that there were significant electrical problems leading to mechanical issues. In an effort to rectify the situation, I obtained a warranty for the car and took it to the ******** dealership for repairs. It was during this process that I learned the car was not eligible for warranty coverage due to a missing part. Consequently, I was left with no choice but to pay out of pocket for the necessary repairs.Despite the repairs being made, the car began experiencing the same issues again within a week. This has been incredibly frustrating and has caused me a great deal of inconvenience.I believe that I am entitled to either a refund or a replacement vehicle that is free from these persistent issues. I trusted in your dealership to provide me with a reliable vehicle, and I am disappointed that this trust has been compromised.

I bought a car from this dealership in September of 2022. The dealer recommended I go with a company hes dealt with for financing that has great rates because of my excellent credit. Looking back I see he wanted me to get an unsecured loan so he could get the money and run. I was sold a car that had many issues. When I left the tire completely came off of the car (while I was pregnant). He told me I would get the title for the car once I paid the taxes and got it registered in **************. Turns out the dealership (he was the owner) never bothered to get the title to the car themselves. Its a rebuilt title and the last company that shows having the title is a dealership out of ******** that sold the car to him at an auction. I was sold a dangerous car illegally.

I saw a vehicle available for sale online at the companys website luxurymotorsflorida.com as well as CarGuru.com. It was a 2014 ************* CLA 250 with approximately 84k miles VIN#*****************. The car was listed for $11,998. I went into the dealership on 10/03/22 where the car was still available. I came in with a finance check from another lender but the dealer refused. They said that the process took long for payment and that I needed to finance with them. Because I thought the vehicle was fairly priced, I considered but not before confirming the overall price. The sales rep ***** confirmed that $11,999(sale price) plus approximately $2,600(dealer fees), plus approximately $1,000(taxes), would be all that I would be responsible for. I agreed to the finance with $2k down however the finance manager was not in as yet. *** told me that I was approved but when I asked him for the paperwork with the numbers, he stated that he didnt have that information because finance still was not in as yet. I had another appointment, so I agreed to pay the $2k deposit and come back later that evening to complete the sale. It got late and I was not able to make it back so I requested to come back in the following morning instead but *** offered to bring the car and paperwork to me instead. When he arrived, I test drove the vehicle and asked to see the documents. He tried to make me sign the registration and other documents first before allowing me to see the finance documents, it felt a bit off so I refused. He finally presented the paperwork that had a sales price of $19,999 with a total out the door price of $27,999. They ran my credit multiple times and qualified me for a number almost double the amount that I agreed to. Then when I asked him why was the sales price difference than what he told me, he stated that he didnt do finance and he didnt know how they operated. They assumed that I wouldnt review the paperwork and tried to sell me a vehicle way over its value
