      I booked a vacation with them to the Poconos and we got there the fridge was broke..the ac was broke ...we couldn't use the activity 200 cause every thing was closes those days....we had all these additional fees .also our kids were harassed by security and we filled out a form and was told they would get back to us.our **** was ruined. We showed video of him threatening the kids .

      Thank you for taking the time to address your concerns regarding with the Poconos Mountain Villas Resort.  Please be advised that Take A Break Travel (TAB) is the seller and reservation center for your vacation package and does not own nor manage Poconos Mountain Villas Resort.  As such we are sensitive to your experience regarding the resort, and we have forwarded your complaints to the senior management team at the Poconos Mountain Villas Resort for review.  As it relates to your statement regarding extra fees, we can confirm that *** collected only the required $49.00 refundable deposit which was returned to you as outlined in the terms and conditions upon completion of your required sales presentation in the form of a $50.00 **** gift card.  In addition, our records indicate that you also received both an additional $150.00 **** card as well as a 3-day/2-night vacation in exchange for the $200.00 activity credit due to the closures mentioned above.       Good day, I booked and paid the $99 + the refundable $49 in July to visit the Poconos for August *****. I have NOT received any itinerary or confirmation or cancelation email or text and I'm supposed to leave tomorrow. When I called during the week and was told I was confirmed and should expect my final confirmation at least 72 hrs before the trip. I still have NOT received any communication from the company at all. NOT A TEXT OR EMAIL!! Unfortunately I paid to go to the Poconos Mountain Resort and I don't have a room reservation a time of arrival a time to go to the presentation... NOTHING! This is so disappointing, this was a birthday trip I was really looking forward to going on this trip. I'm so disappointed. I hope I am able to get a full refund for this. Had I read the reviews before making any payments I would have never booked this trip via Take A Break Travel!!!!

      Thank you for taking the time to address your concerns regarding your online purchase of your Poconos vacation package on 07/27/2022.  Upon review of your account, we can confirm a reservation was secured for you on 07/28/2022 for travel dates of 08/22/2022 8/25/2022.  Please be advised that all clients are sent an email as well as a text message to the contact information you provided online confirming their purchase. Upon review of your account as well as the phone calls with our team, we can confirm that you spoke with our booking department on 07/28/2022 and was advised at that time of the active reservation as well as the required $49.00 to hold your requested dates.  On 08/13/2022 and 08/15/2022 you again spoke with our reservations team regarding your itinerary and confirmed your travel. On 08/22/2022 you spoke with reservation agent and was advised that your reservation with the hotel is booked and confirmed, and you advised you were on your way to the hotel.  Please feel free to contact Take A Break Travel directly should you have any additional questions or concerns.  You may use the same phone number of ************.  We are available Monday Friday from 10:00 am ET 6:30 pm ET.
