    In January of **** I moved from ******* to ***********, and shipped roughly 30 packages through Greyhound Package Express. The packages trickled in a few at a time over a period of several months. 3 packages never arrived at all, and a 4th arrived open and almost empty of contents. Moreover, I had to make repeated trips to the greyhound station to see if packages had arrived, because nobody would ever call and tell me when packages had arrived. I filed a claim with Greyhound, which was itself a difficult and time consuming process. After one of the missing packages arrived, Greyhound informed me they were cancelling the claim. At this point, they stopped responding to my emails about the remaining undelivered packages. To date, I have never received any compensation for any of the luggage, which was insured up to $1000. Greyhound continues to not respond to my emails.

    The first shipment was lost. After I filed a claim they found the package at the origin point. The package arrived 2 months later to the day of shipping. What to expect: No tracking - tracking is does not work. My first package shipped from San Diego 2 months later it still showed it in San Diego. Estimated 14 business days delivery time. Apparently, busses don't run on weekends. Filed a missing package claim and the terms you sign off on are: they have 60 days to find you package from the claim date. Read the terms before you ship! Almost impossible to get a live person on the phone. Possibly the most shocking detail I read online is: ) Some locations have no package security leaving packages sitting outside unattended. The email received today: "This letter will acknowledge the receipt of the claim you submitted regarding your loss express shipment transported under waybill GLI-xxxxxxxxx dated March 22, 2021. In accordance with the Bus Industry tariff regulations, we are permitted sixty days, from the filing date of your claim, in which to search for delayed or missing Package Express shipments. At this time, your claim is still being reviewed. This file is scheduled for final review on May 22, 2021. If your address has changed since the submission of your claim, please forward your change of address in writing to our email address as shown above. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you." Sincerely, Customer Support Hoping this was an isolated problem I tried the service again. The second shipment included two boxes. One was delivered to Minneapolis and not its contracted destination St. Paul. They do not appear to concerned to forward it to. The second package is lost and has yet to be found. As stated above they have 60 days to find the package. If you choose to use this service insure the packages to the maximum value and maybe some day they will take the business of shipping serious.

    The number is the same for both packages. One package is lost and one has not been delivered to its destination St. Paul. The one package found has been at the Minneapolis Station since June 23 in the back room.

    In the email received below GPX Support told me packages were not being received at St. Paul. I contacted St. Paul Station and they had and were receiving packages. I did not receive a call as stated.

We confirmed with the station in Minneapolis that teh reason is because St paul is not accepting packages there. They call the customer and left a voice mail. At the moment we have not locate the second package. You can start a claim process on it. In order to expedite the process.

    To date I have yet to receive the one of two packages that could be found. Greyhound shipped the it back to its origin without ant effort to contact the shipper or the receiver. In the many conversation had by dialing XXX-XXX-XXXX no-one has ever been able to get someone to answer the phone at the San Diego terminal. A little history, I spoke to a supervisor who said she was going to contact the San Diego terminal and have the package shipped back to Minneapolis, but at that time she was not able to get anyone to answer the phone. In the meantime 60 had expired on their efforts to fined the first lost package and the lost package claim was sent to me with mention the account was closed. Now I still have one of the two packages out there that they could find, but they both use the same account number. So I called to have the tracking reinstated and to date I have no idea and Greyhound has no idea where the package is. In summary two packages were shipped one was immediately lost and the one they knew where it was is now seemingly lost. I don't understand how a company with this performance record is allowed to be in business. Keep in mind the original ship date was June 17th, 2021.

    There were two packages one you lost and one you had in your possession, but did not ship to the contracted destination. Its shipped back to San Diego. After talking with a a supervisor I was informed it was being shipped back to Minneapolis. Now no one can tell me where that package is. The final release was for the one package you lost at the beginning, not the one that was in your possession in Minneapolis that was shipped back to San Diego without contacting the. That the weakness of one tracking number for multiple packages.
