I first applied the dark spot corrector on Monday the 17th of June 2024. By the end of the week I had irritation on my face. As days went by I noticed more and more redness on my face and neck. I cant go anywhere because I look awful and feel very uncomfortable because of the itching. I decided to do an e-visit with my doctors so I could receive medical advice on how to clear this up. At this point I am waiting for their response. I need a refund for the 2 bottles I bought since I cant use them anymore.Business Response

Our products are science-backed to work for men and women of any age, no matter their skin tone or skincare routine, and have worked for the majority of our customers. That said, there *** be factors unique to the individual that *** affect the efficacy of our products. Had ********************** informed us directly of her concern, we would have been more than happy to make it right. As it is, we have issued a refund of $76.95 for both her purchases of Dark Spot Corrector. This credit should reflect in payment account within 7-10 business days.

I ordered 3 bottles of the dark spot product and said no to subscriptions. A few weeks later I received 3 more bottles and was charged $99. I called and the call wont go through it like not a working number. Now I have five months of a product that isnt even working and was not even given the option of a refund. I am writing to express my disagreement with the requirement to return the product or pay for the shipment in order to get a refund. I did not order this product, and it was left in my mailbox without my consent, so I had no opportunity to deny the delivery.

On the Miamime.com website I ordered 3 jars of Crepefix cream. When I received a double order and was charged double. The product doesnt work. Then I received another order of 4 jars. In talking to customer service, I was told I could get a gift card because of their mistake. The gift card is for Miami md products only. I dont want more products ever. So, I asked for a refund in the amount of the gift card, $217. They would not do that. I am so disappointed with their service which they said had been a computer glitch in the first place. According to our records, ************** purchased a 3-jar supply of our Advanced Crepe Fix on April 20th. As can be seen from the attached screenshots, the product page indicates the price per jar, the purchase quantity, and provides the option for either a single purchase or a subscription. Additionally, the checkout screen also indicates the number of items purchased, whether it was a single purchase or a subscription, and the total cost. We do our best to be as transparent to our customers as possible which is why this information is shown twice before finalizing the purchase. Also, ordering is not a one-click process and entails choosing from the options previously mentioned and providing the customer's details and payment information before finalizing the transaction. Considering all this, we believe that this purchase is not a glitch, as ************** describes it.
It is unfortunate that ************** apparently did not take note of the order information before submitting the order. However, as a courtesy, we have issued a refund of $117.00 for her May recurring shipment. As per her conversation with our customer support team over the phone, she may return the other orders should she wish for a refund for those as well.

Fraudulent auto payment billing initiated without my consent at double the price Date : June 14, 2024 at 10:00 p.m.For $240.00 I am not sure what it is for because when I selected the 3 jars for the advanced crept fix for ***** each, it kept showing me other products which I declined. Then I selected PayPal as my payment and it took me back to the merchant website and immediately told me I had been pre-approved for an automatic payment for $240.00. I tried calling but no one answered and so I tried to cancel the auto payment on PayPal website. I don't like fraudulent companies like this no matter how good my brother told me the product was. As can be seen in the attached screenshots, the number of bottles, unit price, and the option to either subscribe for a monthly delivery or place a one-time purchase, are all indicated. Additionally, the total amount of the purchase along with the type of purchase is also provided at the checkout screen prior to finalizing the order. Also, we have a 60-day money-back guarantee for all our products. All our customers need to do is to let us know that they would like to be refunded for their order and we would provide instructions on how to return their items and get a full refund. Order #******* $53.95 Shipped 3/1/24 Item name: Brown spot corrector.I used this product 3 times and the pump is broken. There is no way to open the container to access the product out without the pump. The customer service number rings without anyone answering. The e-mails to customer support bounce back from both addresses on the website. We're sorry to hear about the difficulty **************** has had with our product. We've checked our records and we did receive an email from **************** on May 7th to which we replied on the same day. As we explained then, our Dark Spot Corrector is equipped with an airless pump system, designed to preserve the product's integrity and efficacy, and can sometimes take ***** pumps before it builds enough of a vacuum to dispense the product. However, we understand that **************** has found this unnecessarily frustrating and have thus refunded her purchase ($53.95). The refund should reflect in her payment account within 3-5 business days.

I ordered the cream for my dark spots. I was advised from the site it would be a week for delivery. I never received the product and was not given a refund. I emailed the company and advised them of this issue and never received a response. I think it is sad when a company takes advantage of people who really think this is a Medical Doctor doing this advertisement and it is just a scam to get money from the consumer.Business Response

We're sorry for the less-than-stellar experience Ms. Masi had with our ordering process. It seems there was an issue with her shipping address which is why we reached out to her as shown on the attached screen shot. Unfortunately, we did not hear back from her, nor did we receive any other emails from her. As consumers ourselves, we certainly agree that one should receive the order that one paid for and that was not the case for ************ here, we have issued a full refund of $152.95 for her orders with us. On 4/26/24 I ordered 1 jar of the advanced Crepe Fix for $48.95 and received confirmation at 12:29:08PM for that amount. At the checkout screens I was asked several times if I wanted to add other products I answered NO.On 4/26/24 I received another confirmation at 12:37:08PM (I am guessing thats when my time out occurred for the purchase) and was charged $99. for an additional 3 jars of Advanced Crepe Fix - New Upsell. I did not order this and am asking for a full refund on both the $48.95 and the $99. I have been inundated with emails and texts from Dr * so much to the point I unsubscribed. I ordered 2 jars of this product, Miami MD, just to try and when the order was completed , I received 6 jars and was charged $223. I have not even finished using the first jar and I received another 6 jars today! I was going to return the first order as it does not work and they somehow changed the order online when I first ordered it without the consumer realizing it. Now, I have 11 jars of a product that does not accomplish what they claim and they are scamming their customers. I am writing "refused - return to sender" and mailing the second package back to them via ***** which is what you do, but I am not confident that they will refund me.
