Nast Roofing provided an estimate that I agreed to. Throughout the contract there was language that essentially absolves them from any and all wrong doing. By ******* law, I understand that if there is damaged or rotted wood it must be replaced. Prior to the job starting, they did not enter the house and only did so when I mentioned that they had damaged my ceiling. My complaint is with a few areas. Nast incorrectly point-loaded the roof causing my ceiling to crack, however their contract states they are not liable. The weight loaded in the singular spot was so great that a it broke a metal light fixture clip in half.Nast did not thoroughly walk the property or clean up anything before they left for and left harmful materials ie. roofing nails on the ground and in my shrubs. I informed the office, there is still material on the ground. Nast omitted information on their estimate that I am now being charged for. - I paid for hurricane clips to be installed on a flat roof which would require them to remove boards to be installed. 96LF is called out on the final invoice for this Separately - The estimate has 100LF of wood free of charge included in the estimate for the roof to replace any damaged or rotted boards They are not honoring the 100LF for the damaged wood and charging me for it. Nast broke my cat 5 line for internet. Needed **** ASAP we WFH.I was provided a bill for work in place and then a supplemental bill of more work that was in place - the claim in the email is for additional wood needed to be replaced, but the driver of the cost is hidden within the final est. Comp. of Flat Deck ReRoof @ $4,380 I've tried to understand the extra charges with them, again, some warranted, but no longer receiving responses and am concerned that they will ultimately reach out to a collection agency or file a lien.At this point, I doubt NAST will honor their 8yr warranty and need to recoup future potential issues.
